I have had Noki for facials too. She is the best. I would recommend her any day!!! Love her. I did have my nails done there too but it’s been so long ago and don’t remember who did them.

If you need your eye brows done, and on point! Go see Noki !!! She always does an amazing job, super friendly, positive, relaxing, and affordable!

After coming to the Atrium for 12 years and constantly buying gift certificates as gifts, I can say disappointed is an understatement.
My sister went in for highlights and the stylist did not lift her hair enough to make it noticeable. After politely asking her to correct it, the stylist was extremely rude and unprofessional. What It made it worse was the manager Noki, was asked to come over to rectify the situation. Not only did Noki NOT handle the situation, she acted like she did not know who my mother was– she has been my mother’s aesthetician for over 10 years! My sister and mom were so uncomfortable that they just paid and left without getting it corrected.
I am in the customer service field and know that is is never acceptable to treat anyone like this, let alone a long time standing client. I went to the salon in person to inform them that this was unkind and not appreciated. Furthermore, I had a gift certificate that I had given my mom which I knew she would never use. I simply asked for a refund due to the mishap. After 5 days of not hearing back from management, I left three voicemail’s only to be returned that «there was nothing they could do and refunds were against their policy».
It is ridiculous that I am stuck with an expensive gift card that I will never be able to use due to their poor service.
Way to retain your clients and burn a 12 year bridge.

I have been going to Selene for my hair for just about a year and a half. I have never had a complaint on the outcome with her. I have only had one terrible experience with color but the stylist is no longer there and Selene was able to fix it my next time in. Considering its granite bay it’s totally reasonable and the quality is just amazing!

Wish i could put no stars!!! Ive been here twice now. My boyfriend got a gift card for christmas. 1^st time: I got a massage, gel manicure, and a pedicure. The massage was amazing, worst gel manicure I have ever got only because I asked for my nails to be fully painted and the paint was splothy (even my boyfriend said they looked awful) and the pedicure was very rough. 130 $… I went back to give them a second chance and use the rest of the giftcard. This time on my birthday. I got a full set acrylic nail manicure. Ive been to tons of places and this was the worst. 50 $ for a horribly painted french manicure. No color powders, no designs, no different colored nails (accent nails) I asked for thick whites, she kept them short, i asked for flared nails, she rounded the squares. I asked multiple times for more white white to no avail. I am not a rude person but the fact that I paid 180 $ for 2 shitty manicures is uncalled for. Over priced for horrible work. Ive paid 50 $ for full colored designed nails at Cherry Nails in rocklin, ca and they were worth it. Ps! Thanks for makin me cry on my birthday. (Posted pictured manicure is mine)

First time I called I wasn’t able to get an appointment and the second time was worst because they messed up the schedule, asked to be sched for a certain time and when I get there they told me that I was scheduled for the next month! Just so disappointing to juggle your schedule then you were in a rush to go to your appointment just to find out that you are scheduled for next month! Not cool!

Receive great pedicures and brow waxing services, and have for quite some time. However, the reception and other common areas are run-​down and shabby looking. The carpets appear dirty and worn, as does the furniture. Time for the owner to invest in spiffing up the place a bit. I’m surprised they have let things get to where they are. If it remains this way much longer, I will go elsewhere. Feels unclean.

I have been going to the Atrium for years for my facials. Noki is absolutely the best. She assesses your skin to determine what is needed and provides a calm and extremely relaxing experience. Your skin will never look better!

Extremely friendly staff who is always willing to work to accommodate you. They have a huge selection of retail products that fit everyone’s budget. I love getting my brows waxed here because they pay such attention to detail and aren’t in a hurry!

I loved this salon! Everyone was very nice and polite. My stylist, Bri, was AMAZING! and the pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely be back :)

I have been going here to get my eyebrows /​lip waxed for almost ten years. I generally see Noki, but the whole team does a good job. You wouldn’t think being waxed would be a relaxing experience, but it is here.

Selene is amazing! Cant wait to see her again!

Selene is one of the best hair stylists I know. I followed her from two other places! She always does the style I want. She takes her time and she really cares about how your hair looks!

Noki at the Atrium Spa & Salon is a pro at shaping eyebrows perfectly. Our son even goes to her for a light clean up.

So I wanted a good deep tissue massage. I had recently run a ½ marathon and I wanted to get my muscles WORKED. When I called, I was adamant about this. I clearly asked if this is what they could do. I was told, «oh, yes…»
So I booked the appointment. I went in and it was a smidge better than your run of the mill places like Massage Envy.
The massage was great for a relaxing, stress relief type massage, but not for a deep tissue workout. Plus for the price, I could have had two or three massages of almost the same quality at other massage parlors.

I have been getting my eyebrows waxed by Rima for about 5 years now and I have never had anything less than a pleasant experience. She is on time, sometimes even early, and she is always consistent in her work. I have sent Rima a handful of new clients who all have said the same thing about her: She is great. I strongly recommend her!

Never made it into an appointment. Their rude phone service sucks. My call was answered by a sweet receptionist who told me that she was going to transfer me to the Glo Mineral expert. I was left on hold for at least 5 minutes, then someone picked up the phone (I heard music and rustling), the phone jostled and finally a nasty hang up. Not cool. I called back a couple of minutes later and my call went straight to a voicemail tree. I waited another 5 minutes before I called back another couple of times. Apparently, they don’t want my business.

Lisa is the best stylist I’ve gone to in a long time. Not only is she great at cutting hair, but she’s a terrific colorist, too. The atmosphere is friendly. I had a mani/​pedi there and it was professionally done and a fair price. I even like the clean, formal but pleasant waiting room where I can have a cup of coffee and relax.

Leslie knows what she is doing when it comes to hair. She is great and she is super funny and I really enjoy every time I come in cause she makes it fun…
The spa is great also. The atmosphere is so relaxing once you get out of the salon area. Fair price for all you get.
I took my sister here for her 30^th bday and I got a full facial and pedicure and she got a massage and manicure and it cost me under $ 250.00
