If only zero stars were an option. First I walked in and ordered my burger and fries and then got my receipt and proceeded to wait for my order. Expecting it to come out quickly considering there were not that many people, 15 minutes later I was extremely baffled my food hadn’t come out yet. So I went up and asked them about my order and they had forgotten it. Then when I finally got my order and I left expecting it to have everything in it. I left and started to eat to realize that there are not fries. The service was terrible and I didn’t even get my whole order. Carl’s junior needs to step up their game.

The employees are extremely helpful. They are very efficient in attending to the customers and I always get fresh food. The dining room is always very clean and has a light background music.

Was in the area and it was lunch time. Hadn’t been here for a while. It was a little after lunch hour and the place was hopping. Went up to the counter and asked the person taking the order how the new Steakhouse Thickburger is? He was good, he said if you like blue cheese you’re going to love it but if you don’t like blue cheese we can take it off. I love blue cheese. Anyway everyone in the store was the friendliest I’ve ever seen in a casual fast food restaurant. After Shane took my order he said I’ll bring it to you as soon as it’s ready and I went to get some water and a young lady which I think her name was Marguerite looked at me and smiled and said hello and asked how my day was going. So Marguerite brings my food to me and I was amazed. I won’t say it was the best burger I ever had but I will say it was one of the best. So many flavors from the A1 sauce to the onion rings the fresh lettuce and tomato and of course the fresh-baked bun. This is one of the cleanest and friendliest restaurants I’ve ever been to. Shane & Marguerite were the best! Thanks to all for a great dining experience!

I’d give it zero stars if I could. But I had the all natural burger, and it was the worst burger I’ve ever eaten. Mostly bread, lettuce, and other veggies. The meet was about 1⁄8 of an inch, and accounted for probably less than that in the whole. Bland and no flavor, except for raw onions and sweet pickles. Gross! Who puts sweet pickles on a hamburger? Disgusting! I was on the fence about Carl’s Jr. before this, but this is the last straw. I will not eat here again.

Had lunch yesterday and the botched my hole lunch. They made me wait 15 mins and once the gave me my order and I went back to my work sight to eat I found they gave me the wrong food. I called and the management said they would fix it. So I came in today and they did and apologized and hooked me up for the inconvenience. Because of that the went from a 1 star to 3

While the food at this particular Carl’s Jr. was, and excuse me if I’m using this term incorrectly, «the tits,» the fellow who(attempted to) serve me rubbed me the wrong way. The problem: We had a bit of a skirmish over a «shirt situation,» or, as my late grandmother would call it, a shirtuation. Here’s the prob, Bob. I sauntered in shirtless. As I often do after work on Fridays. However, when I did so this week, this employee told me that I needed to find a shirt in order for him to serve me. When I asked this man for HIS shirt so I could rectify the problem, the man said no. I was appalled. I mean, do you guys want to serve burgers or not?! To rectify this situation, I’d love for this employee to give me a shirt from his own personal collection. Or, as a plan B, he could purchase me a shirt at Kohl’s and leave it in his car, that way when I come in shirtless next time, it’s waiting for me. Four stars.

Long time customer of this place. I have seen it up and down over the years but recently it is worse than ever. Last two visits order was just plain wrong, not even close really. This most recent one, I was not given a receipt and got home before I realized they gave me the wrong burger. The manager, dress shirt and tie, who announced my order and put it on the counter, simply walked away before I got to the counter and never even acknowledged me. Let alone saying thanks. Too bad, just a couple of months ago it had been top notch with people who clearly cared. It showed in the amount of effort they put into their work every time I visited.

This place is pretty decent as far as Carl’s Jr. goes. It’s moderately fast, the food’s always hot, and the staff is friendly.
