I have hit this location and others here and there. This location is on my way to work– if they opened a bit earlier I would eat here a lot more often.
I like the style of food they have here and the food has always been fresh.
Service is pretty good. Maybe a bit on the slow side.
Location is very clean.
Price average.
The place to go for a chicken fix!

This was the first Chik Fil A Ive ever been to because I never thought to try it until recently when I started working in the area. The workers are always pleasant and the service is always fast. There can be 2 super long lines but it will go by quickly. I’ve been going back often for their Cobb salad and delicious creamy salsa! The best salad dressing I’ve had! I love it. Today, was the first time I decided to get something instead of salad. I ordered a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich with no tomato. I got a spicy chicken sandwich with nothing on it but pickles. It was super dry and just a disappointment because the one time I decided to order something different the order was messed up. I should’ve taken a look before I drove off but I didn’t think to since they’re always on their game. Good thing I got a side salad so I just took 2 bites of my spicy chicken and ate the salad. I think I’ll just stick to my salad from now on.

Very good service and hot food here. Always genuine and with a smile. They seem to care a lot about the community at this location especially. I dont hesitate to come through whenever i want an original chick fil a sandwich

The people that work at this place are phenomenal! I have NEVER been to a «fast food» place that is as top notch as this! The manager is going table to table talking to everyone & their kids. He is an absolute joy & his attitude is definitely resonating with his staff!!! OUTSTANDING!!!

I had never really been to a Chick-​fil-​A until this place. I’m from Oregon, that’s pretty much why. The other end of Oregon that doesn’t have a brand new one (have In-​N-​Out where I am though, woohoo!).
Anyway. The people here are so polite. The girl at the register was new, I think, and she told us it was her first time doing breakfast, and we understood so we took our time with the ordering. The food was all great! My brother in law got some kind of biscuit meal that was supposed to have egg and bacon, but for some reason he got it with just bacon, so he had to go back and tell them that. But they let him keep the biscuit he got, so hey, he got extra bacon! Usually at fast food places they take the original food, which is, honestly, pretty lame.
Their regional manager was there doing some work around the place, refilling sugar, trash duty, etc. He was really nice, he spoke to my mom a bit. Apparently he was there to have a meeting with everybody there about what it takes to be a good manager. I found that really cool. Why don’t all businesses do that? Because most desperately need it…
Anyway. Our meal went on, and I decided to be extra fat and get a cookies and crème milkshake. I thought, hey my whole family is here, I’ll get a large so we can share. So I did, and it was around $ 4, and they brought it out and it seemed really small. I thought, whatever, this is totally worth it cause it’s so good. And then, what I’m assuming was one of the managers, comes out holding a much larger milkshake and goes «I’m pretty sure you ordered a large, so here it is. Sorry about that, you can keep that one.» Free milkshake! So I gave the smaller one to my brother in law.
Super great customer service in this place, and it is kept so clean. You’d think it would be like a local sketchy McDonald’s. No way. Will definitely come here that next time I’m going through California!
*Almost forgot to mention something, but seeing another Unilocaler’s review of this place reminded me. They have flowers on the tables! Real flowers. They had cute little sunflowers in the vases when I was there. Thought that was a really nice touch. Added a pleasant scent.

This location has definitely stepped up their service from the last few times I’ve been here. I’ve finally met the manager and he is certainly lively and friendly! The other staff members are also friendly and will have a conversation with you if you’re willing to have one.
Food is consistent with all the other locations I’ve been to, so no big surprises here.

There’s lots of parking around the parking lot. The a/​c inside the building is very comfortable especially on a hot day like today.
I don’t know how, but Chick-​fil-​a has the best customer service reps out there bar none! Especially in the Sacramento area…

I’ve never eaten at a chick FIL a before, but let me just say that I have been blown away. The interior is beautiful, and they have fresh flowers on the table. Everything is clean and nice and super bright. After sitting down, I was approached by an employee and he had a full genuine conversation with me about my day, and my job, and seemed interested. He offered to get me anything else I needed (napkins or sauces etc) and then wished me a wonderful day. His name is Eric Z. (I believe he absolutely deserves a raise) I was approached by another employee (Lauren) and had a solid 5 minute conversation about life and school and jobs. She was amazing and super easy to get along with. A little later in my meal, I was approached by (I’m guessing) a manager, and he gave me a mint to finish off my meal. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. And the chicken sandwich is absolutely delicious! I am so glad I stopped here today for lunch, and will be doing so again!

It is my pleasure to give a huge shout out to Devin and the beautiful Irina for providing the best customer service. Their warm welcome and cheerfulness brightened up my day. The food was absolutely delicious, and I definitely will be returning again.

Terrible experience! I asked for protein style and they charged .75! It is too damn expensive! No wonder people are overweight in this country!!! They charge more for taking the bun off and adding some lettuce, then to just have the burger as is. The girl at the counter said they pay a lot of money for lettuce! You got to be kidding!!! Hope it was organic at least!

Seriously can these people be any sweeter! I love this place, every single person that works here are the nicest people ever, I want to hug them all! And the food is also amazing! But the people, they are the best. I love all of there sauces and the chicken is always perfect!

This was my first time at a chik fil a and it was definitely one of the best experiences I have had. The people were so friendly and I felt like it was genuine. I left my dog outside while I ate and the workers watched out for her for me. Everyone was so polite and friendly. The environment was so filled with joy. Even the music reminded me of my church music.

First time I’ve been in and let me say this place is awesome! Not just for the tasty chicken but for an amazing staff! It felt like I was dining at a sit down restaurant. Anthony and Jessica have amazing customer service skills! Never had to ask for anything they were on it!

I live about 20−30min drive from a chic fil a. I went through drive and asked if I could get a lot of honey mustard barbecue. I use the sauce for my fries and sandwich. I order a large fry and 2 spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me an extra sandwich because of 12 days of Christmas. When I ask for a lot of sauce, I think 5 – 8 packages seems right. I got 2… I’m very disappointed because, the sauce is what brings the food together. Now I have a large fry and 3 sandwiches with two packages of sauce. Not happy at all

I came to this location out of convenience. From the outside the restaurant looks great. When you enter though the lobby’s white tile makes it look like an enormous bathroom. Been to this location twice now and it was the same results. I had to repeat myself three times to the lady at the counter just to get my order across. I came here once before and saw a worker taking a break with her feet up on the furniture while on her cell phone. Today I see the same worker doing the same thing. This gives me the impression that they don’t care.

At the hospital ER with my step daughter. Long day. Everyone is hungry. Order from drive thru. Get back to hospital and my sandwich is missing. Can’t leave again. Thanks. Haven’t eaten all day.

I can’t believe how friendly the staff is… they have the best chicken sandwiches ever… delicious tender, chicken breast, and the freshest ingredients. …this place might just be better than the rest of their locations

What is not to love at Chik Fil A? Friendly and fast service, clean restaurant with fresh flowers and all the dipping sauces you’d like out for the taking. The food is always excellent! The Spicy Chicken Delux sandwich dipped in Chik fil A sauce is the best! Please someone, open a Chik Fil A in Auburn!

Sitting here dining in and wanted to leave a review about the awesome customer service by grant. He welcomed me as soon as I walked I the door with a cheerful bold voice! He was very friendly and seemed so happy to be working for this company.
Place is also very clean and well kept ! 5 stars for me!

Love, love, love Chick-​fil-​A! Although this one is located on the opposite end of town we have frequented it several times already. It’s located not far from my HB’s union office which is just down the street.
It’s set up very long as you walk in, you walk right into the counter part of the ordering line right away. We actually came here back when they had Cow Appreciation Day. Yes, we looked ridiculous; my HB and I were both dressed up as cows from head to toe. I in fact made up both our costumes so that we can get the full free meal of our choice. Why not? Luckily that day my HB was off. I don’t think I would have dressed up by myself and get out of the car. I think I did it one year before but only through the drive through. I felt silly if you ask me! But my HB was obviously game!!!
Just recently we dropped by to get a free iced coffee as it was their ongoing promotion for the month of February. Their iced coffee is okay so that’s why I docked one star; I guess I got spoiled by Dutch Bros!!!
Will I come back? Of course, I still got to use up my freebie meals from my first 100 experience at Fremont CFA earlier this month! OMG that was a fun experience as I usually don’t camp. If you haven’t had that experience, you are missing out!!!
