This place gets a zero rating, a employee took my order after he threw out the trash and didn’t wash his hands, this location doesn’t accept dollar coins because it’s apparently too difficult for the employees to count and get mistaken for other coins

Terrible service, not their fault though. They are understaffed and most nights there’s only one person working.

They’re usually open pretty late at this location but apparently they closed early or changed their hours. I stopped by around 11pm and nobody was there. The lights were on, but the only person inside was cleaning the floors(they didn’t look like a McDonald’s employee).

I ordered an Oreo mcflurry and when they gave me my order thru the drive thru the plastic spoon was dirty with dried out ketchup so I told the lady that gave it to me and instead of making a new one she acted as if she was mixing it again and gave me a new spoon with the same one that just had the dirty dried out ketchup!!!

I agree with Tony here. Going through the drive-thru usually would be easy and convenient. But they have two drive-thru lanes here. The girl(on a Sunday morning) kept going back and forth between the two lanes, so she had finally took my order the fourth time. I guess I was supposed to pay her at the first window, but she wasn’t paying attention and I drove to the second window. Well, GIVECLEARERINSTRUCTIONS! Another thing I disliked here is that they don’t have the mochas… hot or cold! I thought all McDonalds were the same. Apparently not. The final point to this negative review is their food was cold(breakfast at 10am). Really? This is perhaps the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonalds. That must be saying something!

I’ve noticed a few times(as recently has a few days ago) that when I go through the drive-through at this particular McDonald’s that the employee’s don’t engage me — meaning don’t really look at me or acknowledge me like they do at other McDonald’s closer to my house. Maybe I’ve been spoiled by better run McDonald’s. But at this place, I really noticed the lack of friendly service. I even said thank you to the young man who gave me my food and he didn’t even acknowledge me. Bad training? I don’t know… this isn’t the first time I’ve gone here and felt like the employees had better things to do than provide good service.
