If I could give zero stars I would. My wife posted here but she promised the owner Ken she would remove the negative review after he returned money he took from us. Of course Ken tried to blackmail us, stating he would return the money AFTER my wife removed the review. All I can say about this company is buyer beware! Please take note, this company is not BBB approved and has numerous complaints filed with BBB and the State Contractors Board.

MasterCraft Home Design has been a nightmare to deal with!!! I signed a contract with them in May 2011 and my job remains incomplete. They charged my credit card multiple times without authorization and ahead of the agreed payment schedule. I DO NOT recommend them at all, and I am close to pursuing legal action against them.
