Excellent service from Precision Flooring, Andy was patient with us through the selection and quoting process, he went above and beyond the typical call of duty by delivering samples to our door and verifying color matches with the production material. He was accessible every day of the week, again he exceeded our expectations on service and quality. Both carpet and flooring installations were of the highest quality workmanship. As for maintaining a clean job site, there was no dust or debrief left behind. Great Installation team!

We just put new hardwood floors and carpet in throughout the house. Shopped around and these guys were the most knowledgeable. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. I worked with Andy and he really knows his stuff. I would highly recommend them to my friends.

I was pleased to here that Precision Flooring was opening a new store in Granite Bay. Precision did my parents flooring in Los Altos Hills (Bay Area) last year. They did a wonderful job. My parents are thrilled. I called Andy to come out to do an estimate. Very knowledgeable and helped us pick our floor. We were very concerned with all of the news lately with formaldehyde in flooring. We ended up picking a Founder’s Reserve scraped Hickory. We were able to get a custom color and random width. A bit more than we wanted to spend, but definitely worth ever penny. It was also nice that the flooring was made in California. There were a little bit of added cost due to concrete not being flat. Andy explained to me up front so there was no surprise. Rick finished up last Friday with install. He did a stellar job. We couldn’t be happier. Good luck with the new store.
