Taco Bell

We come here for dinner sometimes and we got good food (hubby had a burnt burrito on one side but he still ate it).
Staff is okay, not very polite, they just seems to care about only getting you out of drive thru fast just to get rid of you.
Their hours are a lie though. The window on drive thru clearly states that they’re open till 12 but we came around 11:20 — 11:30pm and they were closed. Disappointing when you get the late night munchies.

I don’t expect much in a drive thru, however it would be nice if you didn’t chince out on everything. Cantina burrito was all veggies and no chicken, and you give 1 sauce packet? You guys are lame.

So when one goes to Taco Bell, one doesn’t expect much. It’s like obviously I’m getting fast food, I’m not stoked about it but I’m going to splurge just this one time in like a year. So this evening my mom asked for an encherito and I’m like sure! So I go to Taco Bell and order a «big box» with a queserito, Dorito taco, and I request a soft taco. This thing is like 6 $. Get home, only have a Dorito taco, and queserito, call and complain and they say ohhhh we are sorry we will give you a new box, after being hella lame. So my fiancé goes to get it and guess what? This time Theresa made all the tacos hard even though I EXPLICITLY asked for both soft. Faith in yearly Taco Bell binges crumbled. You guys have a really easy job, get it together. (Josh is the only nice kid working there) manager is a grumpy lady acting like she runs the pentagon and can’t get a taco right. Lol I can’t even.

Horrible service!!! Was in today with a friend and waited over 10 minutes for the girl with the short dark hair to take our order. I think she was hiding. I ended up going to Carl’s Jr.

What a bunk location. Typically I have good luck and enjoy Taco Bell (for what it is). I have been to the Sierra College location four times now (it’s close to work), and have been disappointed each time. Once, the menu had incorrect pricing. Three times, I’ve had to wait in the morning for them to gear up after opening. This morning, after waiting two minutes for someone to help me, and after waiting five minutes for my order, I was given two sausage waffle tacos instead of bacon. Absurd.

Taco Bell is getting too expensive for me. I remember when I could get three Chalupas and a drink for less than $ 10 but its like $ 15 for that now.
I don’t know if this is a common occurrence or not, but the guys at the drive thru didn’t look like they knew what they were doing.
The first guy took my money while the second guy was presumably getting my food ready. Then the first guy kept asking me things like «do you want sour cream on on it?» and «do you want any sauce too?» Usually they’re suppose to ask you that while you are placing your order, not afterwards.
I sat there for a few more minutes and then the second guy came to the window and asked for my money. I had already paid the first guy and then the second guy realized that I hadn’t gotten my food yet. And the first guy was still standing there at the drive thru register like nothing had happened.
I waited some more and then the first guy told the second guy to get my drink and to start getting my food ready. Wait, what? I was waiting all that time and they didn’t even start making my food?
When I finally got my food, the chalupa shells were hard and crusty like they were sitting out all day. The meat was dry and rubbery like like microwaved old beef. Basically, it was like eating a cardboard taco stuffed with erasers.
Over.Priced.Crap.

Every time I have been at this Taco Bell my food is always warm and the people are friendly. They maybe a little weird but you have to be to work in fast food. It’s not fine dinning by any stretch of the imagination but it will do for $ 3-​$ 4.

The worse fast food store I’ve ever visited. Poor customer relations. All the employees are very rude. Gave me and my family dirty looks. Such horrendous service. I’ve never even seen such terrible service. I will never return to this taco bell again. Nor will my family and my family friends. Avoid this taco bell at all cost. Not worth your time or money.

Love taco bell, i lived via taco bell during college. i would not really have had anything to eat through long days of studies without the prime sustinance of Taco Bell.

I’m not one to review fast food restaurants because frankly, they’re all the same to me. However, this location warrants a review because of their poor service. Every time I order something via drive-​thru they ALWAYS forget something. A taco, a taquito, an empanada, something! They’re always forgetting to give it to me. Also, when they ask what kind of sauce, they always give me the wrong kind. What’s the point of even asking? One more thing, the drive-​thru is supposed to be a quick way to get in, get out, and move on right? Not with this location. It always takes 10-​ever to get my order. BLEH.
