Lowe’s

It’s Lowe’s, a big box hardware store. It may be a chain, but it is still my go to hardware store. I have always favored Lowe’s or Home Depot. They always have what I need/​want and their customer service is so much better then HD.
With that being said, I needed some «hardware» supplies for work and immediately thought of this location. It’s not my normal Lowe’s, but it’s conveniently located between home and work. Making it an easy stop and shop. Pick up my supplies on the way home and take them back to work the next day. Life is good.
Upon entering the store, I scoped out the stores floor plan and headed to the areas I needed. As I strolled through the store, I was impressed that all associates greeted me and asked if I needed any type of assistance. They were friendly and exuded positive energy. My cashier was even cheerful and closed the transaction by asking me to come back soon.
Customer service at a big box retailer in a small town, always seems to be better then those in a large major city.
