Amazing ice cream flavors and selection. I did a double take when the guy at the counter told me $ 2 drafts after 5 o’clock

We stopped here after hiking up to Lake 22 in the snow. The burgers and onion rings were better than average. I really appreciated the fact that you could get a beer for only $ 3 instead of a pop with my burger. The service was also excellent. I think I found a new place to stop after a day hike.

Guy’s this is not just an ice cream store & good home country cooking. Mike is now filling growlers. Having a huge BBQ today and promised we would be serving beer from our growlers. So I sent my husband to Getchell Station to get them filled up but it was CLOSED — lost license!!! Mike’s County Store saves the day. Also I love to take my grandchildren in for the ice-cream.

TASTYMILKSHAKES. Stopped by on the way back from Gothic Basin. It was amazing! Definitely try the moose tracks. I was in awe as the girl behind the counter out 4 scoops of ice cream into the cup. Came out to be a very good thick shake.

Just are here today after hiking the ice caves. What a great little stop. We had a chili dog and country fries steak. The gravy on the chicken was delicious! And for dessert we had a strawberry milkshake. The people there were very friendly and so were the patrons. The older gentleman that works there was awesome! He gave us delicious samples! Will for sure come back next time we come for a hike!

Super nice place! If you’re looking for ice cream — BAM — this place is wonderful. TONS of ice cream to choose from. Support the local business here and *don’t* go to the Shell station across the street. This place has WiFi — FREE! They also have drinks and food if you need a quick snack.

I haven’t tried the food but they have a wide selection of great tasting ice cream! They have lots of flavors and will suggest some and let you try as many as you would like. I really like this place and tell everyone I know to stop there.

Who knew you could find such a jewel in the middle of the sticks!!! If you’re in the mood for a hamburgers, hot dogs or just a wonderful ice cream this is the place to go! They have more flavors of ice cream than you can ever imagine and they let you taste every one if you want. The staff are warm and friendly and very knowledgeable about the ice cream.(Which is an important thing to me.) Truly an awesome treat.

Ice Cream, Fried Chicken, and breakfast served all day! Okay, so this store is a work in progress. But they have the ice cream NAILED. each flavor is hand scooped and you can try them all. The owner is a friendly guy(who isn’t hard to look at), and they let you put as many flavors in your cone as you like at no extra cost. This place has the best fried chicken around. Seriously. A-MAZE-ING! Their breakfast is decent, no frills or fancy things, but they have these brunchitto thingies that are awesome. They sell out pretty quickly, but I know the owners make their friend chicken and these breakfast burritos by hand, so I can see why. Every time I go to this place there is something new that they’ve added. They have a lot of seating, and since this is on the way to the ice caves and camping they also sell beer, toilet paper, candy bars, and your basic gas station stuff. Their pumps are a bit slower if you’re buying gas, but their prices are just as competitive as those big corporate guys’ and usually their the cheapest guys in town. They have 30 flavors of ice cream, they do hot fudge sundae(omg!) and they also make milk shakes and malts. They have free wifi and a LOT of seating; so if you order a lunch and want to stay to eat or get a cone and just want to hang out, this is the place to be. :D The owner also said they’re working on setting up for burgers and espresso… seriously. A one stop shop. AWESOME!

Their ice cream is just WONDERFUL!!! Hand scooped cones and many, many flavors to choose from(and taste!) They can fit a ton of flavors into the waffle cone — so if you’re indecisive they’ll satisfy all your cravings! They have plenty of other things in this«general store» but the ice cream is what I’m hooked on! The service is always warm and friendly too! Great place to stop if you’re going through town.

Craving ice cream on the way back from camping, I made our caravan of vehicles make a stop in Granite Falls to scope some out. We thought we failed after several minutes of wandering until my bf said, «Look! 22 flavors!» On the sign for Mark’s Country Store, it did indeed advertise for 22 flavors of ice cream. We walked in, were greeted by several people, and bought ice cream to satisfy our(my) craving. It’s a great little general store with gas station type goods, but it also has a food counter for things like chicken strips and jo jos, and of course, ice cream. Only $ 2.99 for a huge waffle cone!
