Had a wonderfully unusual pizza here for lunch… bacon, spinach, garlic and cartelized onions. Delicious! Attractive, clean restaurant with very nice and attentive waitstaff. Great place, particularly since it is just off a highway without many culinary offerings!

Love everything about this place! Excellent salads and delicious pizza!!! Love the décor, too… my new favorite restaurant for lunch or a casual dinner.

I love this place, and the renovation has made the crowding and long waits for tables mostly a thing of the past. The specials are always bang on tasty, the wood fired pizzas are amazing. The owner is always pleasant and eager to make your visit enjoyable. Locally sourced ingredients are the icing on the cake. My one criticism is the service, especially if you are in the new bar/lounge area. The bartender is not only responsible for typical bar duties, but they also have a small number of tables to wait on in the dining area. That’s an impossible double-duty to do well, so if you’re sitting in one of those tables, expect to not be the focus of your server.

The food is good, but 100% of the time they mess up take out orders. Really. It’s never right. By all means eat at the restaurant, but I would strongly advise against ordering pickup.

The particular space that’s now the Farmer’s Table has been quite a few restaurants over the years(of the ones I remember, Doodle’s Diner, Grantham Café, and the Rusty Moose), and it’s good to finally see someone take over the space that appears to be able to really run the place properly. I’ve had quite a few meals at the Farmer’s Table, and the one I keep coming back to is their pizza: they do a reasonably good wood-fired pizza with quality toppings, and the result is a pleasant pizza with a good crust. A welcome alternative to some of the other pizza places in town. If I had one issue with Farmer’s Table, it’s that their hours seem to be somewhat varied and unpredictable. In the past, I’ve had some good breakfasts there… but they no longer do breakfast now. And I’ve even driven right past a «open 7 days a week» sign they put up to find the place… closed on Mondays. But hopefully that’s just some settling into a business pattern that works for them.

We were just passing through & thanks to Unilocalers’ reviews, this place appeared to be just what we had in mind. Very clean, kid-friendly, cute & cozy despite the fact that it’s part of a small strip mall/gas station. We sat at a large community table in the center of the place; kinda cool to share with others. We ordered sandwiches & they arrived quickly considering how busy they were. Definitely standard food, nothing that will knock your socks off. It’s worth stopping here if you’re hungry and driving on 89, as there aren’t many options besides Farmers Table in the area.

Excellent find! It is right off the highway and an unexpected gem. They have wonderful daily specials and a wood fired stove. Highly recommend this place!

Great stop off I89 I love their quiche & salad combos, best blu cheese I’ve ever had! Tried the ribs this weekend and I’m not keeping this a secret to just myself! They have the best ribs!!!

Stopped in for a burger and a beer and was not disappointed. Yeah, its in a strip mall attached to a gas station, but they’ve done a pretty good job making the interior an inviting spot to get a simple meal or a beer. There’s a fireplace and some couches for lounging if that’s all you’re after. I went with the burger special, which was gorgonzola, bacon, and caramelized onions topping a local beef burger. The menu advertises a relatively modest sized 6oz burger, but what arrived on my plate was quite hefty, maybe it was the mountain of gorgonzola on top of it. This was a solid burger, not the best I’ve ever had, but there aren’t many options around here. The fries were so-so, probably were frozen at some point in their life. The beer options are limited(6 taps), but there were some more than satisfactory options available(Switchback, Long Trail Limbo, and Foolproof Russian Imperial Stout). The beers all seem to be $ 4-$ 5 and the burger was $ 11 so I’d say prices here are more than reasonable.

What a gem! Great food. Healthy! Fast. Restrooms as clean as home. It was our first time here. Outside looks like nothing special. But inside it is very nice and tasteful and clean.

Best food option in Grantham, NH. What else is in Grantham, you ask? Beats me. All I know is, we were looking for a breakfast spot while driving back to Vermont, and came across this place on Unilocal.Looked sketchier from the outside as it’s situated in a gas station, but the interior, as others have mentioned, is a very homey and comfy décor. It really does feel like you’re there as a guest, as opposed to a restaurant setting. Unfortunately, we found out that they stopped serving breakfast as of a few months ago, so only the regular menu was available. We ordered the rack of ribs and the Many Summer’s burger, along with the caprese salad. All the food was great, although the burger was not as good as I had expected it to be(slightly on the drier side even at medium-rare). Highly recommend the ribs — the meat was tender and falling off the bone without being drenched in barbecue sauce. Deducted a star for service as it was rather slow, despite only a few tables being occupied. However, they were very courteous and checked in on us frequently during the meal.

Cute place in a weird little plaza. Food was very good although they ran out of burgers which seemed odd since it’s a staple. Had pizza which was good(if you like sauce order extra sauce because it was a little dry), pastrami sandwich which was good, and kids’ mac and cheese which was slightly I flavorful, but not horrible. Servers were very nice.

Thanks fellow Unilocalers or I would have never found this gem. We were heading down the interstate when the wife said we’ve got to stop and eat. She couldn’t make it to Vermont. So I did what you’re doing now, went on Unilocal and saw this restaurant with so many great reviews. I looked no further and popped the address into my GPS. It’s a cute kind of warm home feeling type of restaurant. I ordered a wood fire buffalo chicken pizza and it didn’t disappoint. If I happen to find myself in Western New Hampshire again I’ll for sure stop back by and try something else.

Came here on a Tuesday afternoon, no wait at all! Very nice customer service. Food was absolutely fresh and delicious, the turkey club is highly recommended. Cozy atmosphere and just off the highway, perfect for after a day on the mountain. Also had to buy the home made blue cheese and maple vinnegarette, mouth watering.

Perhaps one of the most underrated as well as understated places in the area. Farmers Table is a truly superb establishment with hearty, delicious food, unpretentious ambiance, family feeling and unbeatable location. And yes, very affordable. My one and only reason for Four versus Five was the service, which needs a little tweaking. Service seemed a bit disorganized. Yes they are busy, and we came in at their busiest moments. But with a little more organization, they could avoid a lot of the lines and a lot of the slowdown in service that seems to be prevalent. But otherwise, The food was superb. We came in with a party of six, and tried different types of dishes on the menu. The Garden Salad tasted as if it was plucked from the garden moments before, it was so fresh. Next came A delicious portobello mushroom burger that left us licking your fingers. The pulled pork sandwich was also outstanding. And their sirloin steak was superb, cooked medium rare and delicious. Food quality alone, this place was much better, way much better than other places costing twice as much money. If you are in the neighborhood and it is time for breakfast lunch or dinner, this is the place to go.

Solid good food. We stopped on our way driving down from Burlington to Boston. It was the best option for«real» food. From fellow Unilocalers reviews we got a great meal. Service was quick, the food was fresh, and delicious. Well priced. I had the pizza and it was great!

This place is fantastic! We just finished eating here and everything was so delicious. The quiches and pies were fresh out of the oven. The service was amazing. We also met the owner and she was very nice as well. Definitely worth coming to. Just beware the wonky gps directions.

We went for breakfast and our reviews match up with many existing reviews, both positive and critical. First, they are justifiably busy. I-89 from Concord is a food wasteland. Farmer’s Table is one of the few places near the highway for good food. And the growing rep is drawing a crowd. But on our visit, there was a bit of disorganization that detracted from the experience.(There were help wanted signs posted. Perhaps they were short staffed) That said, once we were seated the meal progressed appropriately. The breakfast was delicious. We had the biscuits with gravy.(I am a sucker for this dish) and eggs cooked perfectly. We also had buttermilk blueberry pancakes. This was the star of the show. Pancakes were fluffy with that slight sweet sour tinge. Blueberries were local and plentiful. Just right. This is a very small sample size of two dishes that many places do well. I am anxious to return for lunch. But I will try a weekday when they are less busy and and after they work the kinks out of their recent expansion.

Best pizzas in the area, bar none! Whether eating in or getting them to go, they’ve been just how I like them: thin, just the right amount of crispy texture and not over– or underdone. The clam pizza’s a winner! Very friendly people, basic décor but a cosy atmosphere. Good choices of beer on tap. Loved the Switchback! Definitely recommended!
