We were driving through Grant’s Pass on our vacation after having spent a couple of great days at Treehouse Tresort when our car began overheating. i called several places who were unable to help us. I am sure the time of day, 4 pm on a 100 degree day didn’t help. Chad asked me to bring the car on over. He diagnosed the problem and remedied it and sent us on our way. It was awesome. He could have easily charged us through the nose and I wouldn’t have known any different or had many choices. He and his staff took a vacation ending situation and kept us going all with a smile. Thanks.

True to their name, Chad’s Immediate Auto Care provided immediate service for us. We were stranded in Grants Pass with an over heating car on our way to Portland and Chad offer to stop what he was working on to help us. Our problem involved ordering a part from Medford and fixing it the next day. He helped us connect with a car rental company and then offered to meet us on Sunday to give us our car back on our return trip — Amazing Service.
