My husband is a builder and we used to shop here all the time– but not anymore! Not sure what happened to their service, but it has gone down greatly! They just don’t seem to be interested in assisting their customers, and the lumber yard– forget about it! They won’t move when your trying to load up and then act like you’re an irritant when you’re waiting for them at the gate to leave. Shopping elsewhere now!

They have everything you could ever need at fair prices. Only 3 stars because their lumber yard staff is a joke. Don’t expect to get any help loading up. They will walk right past you and not even offer. If you want good service in the lumber yard, head to Field’s.

ALWAYS helpful and knowledgeable!!! I have remodeled my kitchen as well as multiple repair projects over the past 12 years in my old house… many thanks to Doug, Jim and the Diamond employees that have been soooo patient, kind and given me valuable DIY advice.
