I would give negative stars if I could. My late Mother-in-Law had a stroke and required 24⁄7 care. She had the resources and desire for in-home care. We turned to Indra and Home Instead. First, she sent over many unqualified applicants wasting all of our time. The applicants are supposed to be pre-screened. We wasted hours upon hours interviewing folks that had no business being sent over. Secondly, she must not have done criminal background checks. When we did get some people to come in, my Mother-in-Law had thousands of dollars of gold, gems, china etc. stolen from her home. This is a completely disabled, 81 year old stroke victim. The perpetrators were never located(I don’t believe she even tried) and nothing was recovered. Finally, after my Mother-in-Law died, Indra filed suit for money. Despite the fact that her employees had robbed my Mother-in-Law blind! It was an expensive, stressful drawn out suit. If you have a loved one who needs in home care, LOOKELSEWHERE!!!
