I have been to a hundred car washes and this is by far the worst. I have tried them 4 times and all 4 times it was a disaster. this time I was talked into a wax special and told them I had to be somewhere in an hour and a half. I was told 45 minutes 1 hours tops. I went for a walk and 45 minutes later my car had not moved a spot. I was behind only 2 cars in the vacuum line and by the time they finished the vacuuming it was already an hour. I went in and said I could no longer have the wax, I was out of time and the person developed a real attitude. This is the 3rd time I got attitude from her. You would think I would have learned by now. I guess I am a glutton for punishment. You would think with their extremely high prices you could get service with a smile but I got non service with an attitude. I am done with them.

Poorly run establishment. Estimated car wash time: 1 hour. Actual: 2 hours 15 minutes. Unacceptable. Very understaffed. There should have been at least 2 people preparing vehicles for washing. There should be 3 – 4 people to dry, windows, tire dressing. The employees telling customers the wash will take 1 hour should talk with the end employees to give customers a more accurate estimate. When there is an employee shortage, the owner shouldn’t be pulling an employee off the line to take cases of water out of his truck to stock the office. Really? As this is not the first time, we won’t be back.
