Roe Motors

I had a very positive experience at Roe Motors. Fred was our salesperson and he was very fair and straightforward. No gameplaying. We got a great deal on a great car. We plan on working with the dealership again when we need another car.

We don’t take our cars to any other mechanic. Their service dept is beyond Awesome! Yesterday was the perfect example of the type of service we expect, and consistently receive, from them. We had heard a loud sound coming from our decade + old Escalade at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Friday. We immediately took it over to Roe, and my husband went inside the service dept and brought Jeff Fox out to listen to the noise. One of their mechanics, Matt, came out with him. They quickly determined that the sound was our AC compressor needed replacing. The challenge to the whole thing is that we have to leave town Saturday, and we need the Escalade to do that! Jeff confirmed they had the part in stock and Matt quickly volunteered to stay late and put the part in RIGHT THEN! No waiting until Monday, no having to make alternate arrangements for our business trip. Jeff even got us a loaner car so that we could finish our errands we had downtown while Matt did the work. Before 6PM on Friday, we were back in our trusty Escalade and are able to leave on time and with confidence that our transportation is reliable. Thank You Roe Motors, Jeff Fox and Matt (sorry I didn’t catch your last name) You are my Hero’s!!!

I appreciate ROE taking the time to work with me – including listening to my needs, and working to accommodate them. I had also visited a Toyota dealership and a Ford dealership, and my experience at ROE was much better than the others.

While I was in San Francisco recently Dingleberry the Doper decided it would be a wise idea to break into MY truck, a very luxurious 1998 Chevy pickup truck, instead of any of the brand new luxury cars parked next to it. I came back to find the passenger side window busted out and my stereo and speakers gone. Too bad dipshit couldn’t pop the slider the way I need to when I break in ’cause I’ve done something dumb like lock my keys inside.
My insurance company mentioned this place does repair work so I went with Roe basically because I knew where it was. I had my window fixed today and I’m really, really happy to be able to look to the right in my truck and glad that they did the work in the time they said they would.
I’m really quite pleased my truck is back to normal… almost. They gave my truck a courtesy wash. It was very nice of them and i know it’s their way of going the extra mile. However, I was half tempted to cry. Two years worth of dust, dirt, mud, tossed out dregs from my coffee cups while going 55 mph, Newfoundland drool, paw prints, bar oil, etc… gone, in a flash. I feel kinda nekkid!
Overall, though, four stars. I’ll feel better once I find some mud. I think I’m just in shock that my truck is actually white. I’m saving the fifth star for after I’ve done some more business with them, which I intend to do. My truck has 214K miles so she’s going to be due for some maintenance soon. Next time, no bath, please.
Also very cool — a membership in their loyalty program. You get 3% back to apply towards work on your vehicle, and I got a certificate for a free pizza from Papa John’s. My kid loves pizza. SCORE!
