When I’ve gone in to look, they have rarely had a lot of things that were within my shooting interests, but they do stock an interesting and varied inventory. Lots of somewhat rare, hard to find ammo, and lots of older vintage firearm related items. Because of what they choose to sell, I can’t honestly rate them higher than 3 stars, since they really don’t sell a lot of what I’m interested in, but they seem to sell good quality goods and have reasonable prices. As far as staff, I’ve had no complaints about how I was treated!

Terrible on all levels! I looked up «arrogant» in the dictionary and saw a picture of the owner. He had my guns for months and never touched them while it appeared all his «friends» firearms were turned around very quickly. He charged me $ 10.00 just to pick my guns up even though he hadn’t laid a finger on them. Much better customer service and gunsmithing with local competitors. I will NEVER go back to Russco Guns.
