If zero stars were an option, that is what I would leave here. We had a flood under our home wasted significant damage and our insurance company contracted with Servicemaster to clean it. I assume this also meant repair the damage, but apparently Servicemaster had other ideas because they simply put this queen over the deep holes and gouges in the ground. Everything that wasremoved from the basement was just flung back and when they were done. these guys even laid this queen over the sump pump hole! When I called to complain about the shoddy work that was done, and that I felt unsafe down there because of the hidden dangers with the slip plastic covering the deep holes, the owner told me that if I didn’t feel safe I shouldn’t go down there. What a nightmare. These guys showed up late, left early, and did a lousy job. They were supposed to do multiple eight months and all they did was put a very thin coat of paint that you can actually see you through on the timbers. No help whatsoever. Worst contractor in Southern Oregon. Avoid these guys at all costs.

Chris at Service Master explained the whole process to me and was available every day including a Sunday when he was hiking with his family. My adjuster was not available to explain the insurance process to me initially because he was off for a couple of days. Chris calmed me down and explained how it all worked. I cannot say enough good things about him or John who did most of the work here in Brookings. They are honest, fair and I have no idea what the other review is about because John worked overtime helping me. And since Chris was taking my call on a Sunday he was working overtime too. They left my place spotless for what their part of the job was. All debris removed. BTW I am a senior citizen widow and never felt like they talked down to me. I highly recommend them and will tell all my friends about what a great company this is. Thank you so much for helping me.
