Love me some Taco Bell. Needed a late night fix and it hit the spot. The line was long but they are always quick. Didn’t have to wait too long. Very friendly and great customer service every time.

Whether it’s a midnight run for quick fix meal, or you just want to have a simple burrito and affordable price, Taco Bell is the way to go. The staff are consistently friendly, personable and most of the time accurate when it comes to taking your order. Definitely a place to stop by if you’re swinging into town & need a quick meal on the go. Will be visiting again.

Before today I would’ve given this Taco Bell 4 or 5 stars but after the way my husband and I were treated I don’t think I’ll ever go to this Taco Bell again. We live really close by and were on our way back from Walmart and were going to stop in there to get some lunch on the way home. We were finishing our cigarette, standing next to the concrete ash tray that was outside of the establishment when one of the employees, and older blonde woman opens the door, sticks her head out, and barks at us about not smoking right in front of the door. We were not in fact«right in front» of the door. We were over 10 feet away and right next to the ash tray outside, I would assume that an ash tray is located at an acceptable place to smoke outside any business. She was very snarky and incredibly rude about it. We were taking a last drag about to put it out and go inside and order food, but after she was such a b**** we decided we’d go find somewhere else to eat. She was rude and sh***y to us for no reason. I was going to spend a good amount of money there, but after that no way. I probably won’t ever go there again. Had she requested we move farther back in a polite manner I would’ve gladly obliged. She needs to be retrained in her customer service skills. I have never ever complained about a place, ever. I’m not the type to make a fuss. But her treatment of us was appalling and absolutely ridiculously unnecessary.

The people who work here are very supportive of people who come in a bunch. They are a nice group of people and tons of girls work here. The food isn’t much to me, but they are tasty.

We stopped here after getting Gas on our trip to the coast. We really wanted to try the breakfast. I have to say the Crunchwrap was definitely a favorite. But I feel they should have some salsa(even packet salsa) or something. It’s definitely fast food breakfast, but way better than McD’s or CJ’s

Service was a little strange here. At the drive-through the guy seemed very upbeat and friendly, yet by the time I got to the window, he seemed a little rude/curt. Must’ve been the same guy because he was wearing a headset and talking on it. They could definitely work on their service!

This is a pretty good Taco Bell. They always get my order correct and one of the regular cashiers even provides helpful hits of ways you can mix and match menu items. Pretty clean too!

I have a weak spot for Taco Bell. This isn’t my first Taco Bell review, it most likely won’t be my last. So why only two stars? Because they f’ed up my order. It’s a newer Taco Bell and has a screen that shows you what you ordered to supposedly eliminate any mistakes. Well, I ordered my usual bean burrito, no sauce, no cheese, no onions. As we drove away, thinking we had a very pleasant drive-thru experience(the girl at the till was super nice), I had a big bite of my burrito and tasted the offending cheese. Why oh why? I was so hungry I ate it anyway, but I was one sad little girl.

By a horrible fluke we came to this Taco Bell during the 15 minute period when they were *OUT* of nacho cheese. The order in front of mine had nacho cheese, and they began taking orders with nacho cheese as I was leaving but I had to alter my order because there was no nacho cheese. It was at this time that I realize the main reason I go to Taco Bell for the nacho cheese. This event coupled with an unsatisfactory visit to the Ashland, OR A&W the next day makes me hesitant to give Oregon fast food another try.
