Right so, I wear a DD. They didn’t have my size, but that’s ok, I get it but they need to carry more sizes. Very overpriced. Staff was rude to me when I asked about their sizes. I said ‘do you carry DD’ she goes ‘You don’t fit the criteria’ whatever that means. Terrible staff. Overpriced.

Waiting for my girl friend while she tries on bras I said to an employee that they really should have a chair where a guy can sit, they have a seating area in the changing room but I had to stay out which I understand (after my cancer surgery it’s painful and dangerous to stay standing too long, I have collapsed once already and been rushed to the ER) the issue arises when I told the employee my concern. Her response was «this is a women’s store… Soooo…» And then she smugly walked away as if she had won something… I was confused and upset.
This is unacceptable and sad the parent company American Eagle put its name on the place, cause if they think these are the right people to hire for customer service I’m done with them as well.

I searched all of Grapevine Mills and actually found a bikini top at the end of season here! What?! The saleswoman was pleasant and friendly as well!
