I had the most fantastic experience here today!
Courtney told me that no way was I a 36 B as I was too thin to be 36 then went on to educate that I needed to go down in band with and up a cup size. She was correct 34 C is my new perfect fit.
I was embarrassed when she came in to measure me and saw my 3 + year old oil stained Victoria Secret bra that I had held onto so long because it was so comfy. She immediately recognized the style so she got me that one plus 4 others to try on. I went with the same style.
Fifty five dollars for a bra is totally worth it when they last that long!

Parking was a nightmare, it was a Saturday. I didn’t get any help while I was in the store… They were all standing around chatting with each other. I needed to exchange a bra, again no help. I went to check out and stood there for 10 minutes while two different managers told me «someone will be right with you.» Finally one of the managers decided there was not a cashier to help me or the other three people in line… She checked me out, that was about the extent of the interaction. Don’t think I will return to this particular store.

This particular location located in the outlets has a good selection! I enjoy coming here to peep their lotions, perfumes and see what sales are running on bras and etc. You can’t go wrong with the semi-annual sale and the 5 for $ 25! It’s nice if you need to give yourself a little pick me up. And I like to reward myself with some sweet, decadent retail therapy from time to time. Plus not only that, it’s calorie free… you feel me? My kind of indulgence. Love the service in here as well… very accommodating and easy to get in and get out. A true one stop shop.

I love Victoria’s Secret. This store at Grapevine Mills Mall is a typical VS store with a huge selection of their designs (it seems the same in all their stores), the same prices and the same friendly attitude of their staff.
I do think the staff at this particular store’s extra attentive and service minded though — always in a good mood, very helpful and even accommodated me and let me shop at closed off parts so I could get a bunch of last minute gifts for friends abroad prior to a trip of mine. This is def a favourite store of mine.

This location is with in walking distance from my apartment so this Victoria’s Secret gets lots of my money. My wife shops here about once a week and comes back with great looking undies. I have never heard a complaint and she is always happy with her purchase. My bank account is usually a hundred short but like they say happy wife happy life.

I Love Victoria’s Secret… They are a little pricey, But you get what you pay for… I was in Need of some Nice Under garments.
Had the day off so went to this location. The girls working there were super nice and very helpful… I chose a couple of items to try on than headed to the fitting room… I asked one of the girls if she could check and see if I had the right size… (you never know… Maybe my tata’s decided to grow a little bit). she did some measuring and got me into the fitting room she came to check up on me every 5 minutes. and she also brought a couple of different choices to try out…
I have to say I had a very good experience at this location.
