Ben & Jerry’s

The ice cream is really good but the customer service wasn’t that great. Young employees who don’t seem to care. My fiancé ordered a milkshake and they gave him that flavor in ice cream instead. I asked him after why he didn’t just ask them to remake it but he didn’t think it was worth it. They do have some flavors you can’t normally get in the pints in the grocery store, which is cool. Pricing is normal for Ben & Jerry’s.

People give bad reviews for customer service issues, but I had a fine experience. The ice cream is as good as any other Ben + Jerry’s, $ 5 – 6 a cup, not even that bad for airport prices

I’m not used to seeing a Ben & Jerry’s shop until I arrived at the airport. Back at home, I only see them in pint size in grocery stores. So this may be the first time I’ve been to an actual shop.
I thought it was pretty cool. Different flavors of mixes. No standard ice cream in site. My future mother-​in-​law got the flavor that has raspberries in it and tasted really good. My fiancé had something that tasted like Reese’s peanut butter. The employee at first looked like a grumpy old man who hates his job, but he was nice to us and had us try different flavors. Then he made some small talk as to where we came from and when we said Florida, he said «ooooooh the gator state. There’s a lot of alligators there and also UF’s football team». We nodded and said «yup thy as Florida, home of the Gators».

Not a fan. When i went there last night the kid told me that they were not accepting credit cards (machine broken?). I did not want to use cash so I just went away asking myself why I stopped by in the first place. Is it asking too much to pay by CC these days at B&J’s Well, I guess the answer is: yes!

Do the owners of this Ben & Jerry’s know that the 2 guys working the counter are basically turning people away? And they look like they rather be somewhere else. It’s an airport. It’s supposed to be a busy location and this place doesn’t have the ingredients to make their smoothies.

Service was good, people were polite but the value was very poor. What is called a child size at every ice cream shop in America was used here as a small that was to hold «two dips «was not even a full one. Then the server said it was the correct weight… he never weight it. Airport food is normally in a good price range. This was not

Terrible. The ice cream was old and gritty and the waffle cone was soggy. Never again. It went straight in the trash.

Great service, okay strawberry milkshake. I gave this location 3 stars because of the service.

Typical Ben & Jerry’s…you can’t be worried about the price of an ice cream cone when you’re in an airport and the shop is B&J.

It’s… an airport Ben & Jerry’s franchise. I’m going to stop there for a shake basically every time I see one.
It’s every bit as good as every other airport franchise Ben & Jerry’s I’ve ever been to; consistent, solid, worth going back to. There’s a lot of worse places out there. But it’s also slow, and not worth remembering much.

Had a few hours between flights and was in the fabulous D terminal at DFW. Unfortunately the Ben and Jerry’s was NOT fabulous at all. The employee manning the counter barely spoke (mumbled) and didn’t know how to do a Cookie Cookie Shake. I then asked for a Brownie Special and watched the employee shuffle to the back of the store…10 mins later he reappears with a rock hard brownie. I asked for Cookie Dough ice-​cream on top, employee glanced at bucket and since he would have had to scrape the edges (actual work) he said he didn’t have enough.
At that point I walked away…

Not the best Ben & Jerry’s I have been too. The shake I got was pretty water (milked) down. It was like drinking cold milk. Next time I am here I will try somewhere else.
