More than anything else, this Starbucks location inside of DFW’s D terminal(American Airlines) between Gates 22 – 38 was okay. I was actually grateful to see this Starbucks location here, as opposed to a Peet’s coffee(I see them all over DFW). The kiosk is clean, the airport seating area is so-so. That’s more on DFW than anything else. Its no surprised to see leftover coffee cups on the table areas that are 15 feet away from the barista stand. The baristas are cool here, and you’ll see 1 – 2 at any given time. All the while, this location is not a bad stop prior to going through airport security en route to catching your American Airlines flight.

Ok 2 stars for a Starbucks at the airport? A little harsh! Yes customer service super sucks here but my reasoning for at least giving it an average rating is that it’s the airport. You have the most eclectic types of people that traffic DFW that it’s only logical as to why the service sucks here. It’s cause they have to deal with all these people! Some nice and others pretty dang rude. Anyways, when I am waiting for a plane, one of the many things I look for is a Starbucks! This darn company that I despise for its high prices actually keeps me calm on the plane and awake to read/do my work. Plus the frappucino I got here tasted pretty good, not too icey and not too watery. So next time I’m here I’ll be grabbing a drink before I board my flight… Even if they call me Tina !

I don’t even like Starbucks but I came and asked for a soy chai tea, and they said they’ can’t make that for me today. Like, what? Ok. Bye then. Starbucks is officially done. Their coffee sucks anyblaze. But that’s just my opinion. And I keep it real.

I would give a zero if I could. I received a birthday reward from the Starbucks app just before I stepped into the store. It is not expired and shows up clearly in the app. However, this Starbucks does not respect the reward. None of the baristas were able to figure it out after 5 minutes and they were very passive aggressive!

5 workers & only 1 making drinks, while the others were sitting around chatting//plopped on their phones. And when I say sitting, I mean literally sitting down. I don’t understand. There’s 5 of you for a reason. It’s an airport, a place where people want to grab & go… Have a sense of urgency or at least help your co-worker. On top of that, the barista didn’t know how to make my drink, so he asked for help. The two females who were rotting on their asses were just yelling at the poor boy with instructions on how to make it as if he was stupid. THELEASTYOUCANDOISGETUP&SHOWHIMBECAUSEYOU’RENOTDOINGANYTHINGANYWAY!!! Thankful that my drink came out tasting well. One star goes to the barista making our drinks, keep on shinin’ ~

Asked for a caramel decaf iced crunch. They were out of crunch. They agreed to make a decaf iced frappucino. They made it caffeinated. I am gonna suffer for that one. It was also just bad coffee. Rare at a Starbucks but just bad tasting. Avoid this Starbucks till someone figures out customer service.

Sherveria is the barista that is so mean! She mocks guests and gives them the worst attitude. She harasses her employees, she is always yelling at them, and she can’t even greet you in a friendly manner. How she has a job in the customer service industry is beyond me. She should take a lesson or two from her colleague, Choon. He is the sweetest. He is so patient and kind and he makes the BEST drinks. He cracks jokes and doesn’t brake under pressure. GOCHOON! He is the perfect example of what it means to represent a brand. Starbucks is lucky to have him.

Horrible customer service! I ordered a drink, and it was made completely incorrect. I hate to complain, but I didn’t want to pay five dollars for a coffee that I was not going to drink. I told the barista what I ordered and asked her if she could remake it, and she rolled her eyes at me and threw my drink in the trash. She didn’t respond to me at all. I told her if it was a problem that she could just make me a shot of espresso instead because I could tell she didn’t really care, and I really just needed some caffeine.(I ordered a cappuccino, nothing over the top fancy) She rolled her eyes at me again, and still didn’t respond. I then told her not to worry about my drink and left without one after paying.

Can they say«fuck» while on shift? A girl was mopping the floor while chatting with another barista that was making my drink. I was chatting with my bf on the side, right by her. I wasn’t listening in closely but I knew she was talking about some stuff with friends, quoting some friends, then I hear blah blah«oh fuck» then blah blah blah. I cannot stand people with such work ethics.

I was waiting for my connection flight and when I asked for a frapuccino they said the blender was in the dishwasher, then I went back after 2 hours and they also said the blender was in the dishwasher. They were not friendly at all.

Starbucks is Starbucks, but an airport Starbucks… where else can you get a Grande Americano with a Turkey Sandwich for $ 10? Yes, airport pricing makes you grateful to pay the exorbitant fees of a normal, non — airport Starbucks. Staff was super friendly and was fast with my order…

If you have time to get coffee you should. While Starbucks maybe a tad high in price, it is worth it and remember all airport food costs more. Coffee seem to make the flight better so get you favorite cup before you board. I usually get the white chocolate mocha.

Had a layover here and desperately needed a pick me up from our early flight. I saw this place and basically ran over like a little kid going in to a candy store. The girl who took my order was so rude, i forgot that starbucks doesn’t have almond milk and she was very rude about that. Then when i went to pay with my starbucks app that seemed to annoy her even more. When I saw the girl starting to make my drink, I realized I forgot to tell them iced. I told the girl making it and she was so sweet and nice about it and said it wasnt a problem at all. The girl who took my order came over to me and told me i never told her iced and i said i know it slipped my mind to tell you, sorry and she told me then i will be getting it hot. So rude… oh well people have bad days. The girl making the drinks made it iced and was super friendly and said have a great day!

Not sure it matters that I review this place poorly because I see plenty of others on Unilocal have already done so, but I’m going to anyway. This is for the Starbucks located close to C26. The staff at the register was nice, but the barista either had a hangover or just didn’t care about her job. I saw several customers ask for various things such as milk, about their orders, etc only to be basically ignored while she prepared the drinks. It was pretty bad. My drink came incorrectly prepared, but I told the staff I would take it so that the other customers could be on their way. One customer recommended I get my order free. The barista laughed after I did her a favor. Seattle’s Best anyone?

I get it… It’s an airport location so it’s like it or go to the next place 10 steps away. The only thing I liked was the drink. The line was stalled because it must have been shift change and the next clerk took 5 minutes to count every single $ 1 right there at the counter. OK… It’s all there. Takes the orders. Here’s the clincher. The guy in line after me had his drink made before I did. Hummm… Airport. Anyone in a hurry? This place could care less!

Absolutely the worst Starbucks. Ordered a bagel and tea. The bagel was soggy, took it back for a refund and the idiot female asked for my receipt. I had just paid for it. I could not believe it. What a asshole. In fact the manager who said his name was«jeho» was even a bigger idiot. Starbucks will hear about this one. Assholes

It’s a kiosk Starbucks in the International departures Terminal D. They have added a lot of couches to sit on and it has free wifi much appreciated by weary travelers, globally. We found friendly service and top notch product. The cage free egg breakfast sandwich for only $ 4 is a bargain in any airport.
