Initially, I went in was pleasantly helped and they cleaned my ring for free. All good. Then I left my watch to be repaired. Date: 8÷9÷12. A week and a half later I was called and said crystal needed to be replaced. I said ok fix it. 2 weeks later I went in and asked«Is my watch finished?». Calls were made, this was a Tuesday, and no not ready.(Attendant did not seem the least bit concerned my watch was with them for 3 weeks.) Should be ready Thursday she said. Saturday Sept 8th rolls around and at 1pm I get a call. Your watch is ready we close at 3., Closed Sun and closed Monday. I finally got my watch on 9⁄11. My watch was in Bermuda Triangle! Oh and receipt says Due: 8⁄23. Little late.

This is a nice, locally owned and operated jewelry store. It is also an historic landmark, as it was once a bank that was held up by Bonnie & Clyde’s clan. You can even see some of the old architecture behind the counter. I have purchased some gifts here, had my watch battery replaced and had some rings re-sized. I even had a gold ring rotarized to white gold here and it turned out beautifully. It is not a huge store like a chain or a discount store, so don’t expect rows of jewelry. The staff is very friendly and nice. I am glad to have a business like this in my city.
