I moved to Grapevine two years ago after living in Fort Lauderdale, FL for 28 years. I spent a year trying to find a great nail salon. This was no easy feat, since I had gone to the same nail salon for 15 years! I went through ten different places until I visited Carousel Nails. I knew my search was over. Judy, the owner, is warm and welcoming, and she did an amazing job. My husband and I religiously get manicures and pedicures at Carousel Nails. We have had several different technicians, and they all do a great job. The pedicures are heavenly, and the technicians spend a good amount of time on a foot massage. I like creative French manicures with different colors, and the technicians are always willing to help me choose a color combination. They guarantee their work and repair a nail if I chip or break it. Judy juggles to fit us in when we call at the last minute. Most of the technicians have been there for 10+ years and treat us like personal friends. My husband is not a «nail salon» kind of guy, but he feels comfortable at Carousel Nails. The clientele is diverse, and we like that. We have found our«nail home» away from home.

My wife and I have been coming to Carousel Nails for about 2 years. I think they do a great job. They are always friendly and professional. From a guy’s perspective they make you feel comfortable and welcome. There prices are reasonable and they always go the extra mile to make sure we are happy with their services. I would fully recommend them for men and women looking for a great nail place.

I’ve been coming to Carousel Nails for 15 years. when my job moved me out of state, and I came home to visit for 5 years, I made sure to go to carousel to get my «Judy» fix with my mani and pedi :) most girls who work here have been here 10+ years. You don’t continue spending money with a company if they aren’t good to you and provide a great service. They have a professional salon & offer all the latest products & colors & even replace their spa Mani chairs every 3 – 4 years to ensure the latest technology & comfort. Love it!

I’m done with this place! I recently had shall actually nails and pedicure. I’ve been coming here for years, but was recently scolded for why they hadn’t seen me. Here’s why: in November and December I went for a birthday mani pedi with my sister to simply nails in new jersey. Couple of differences: I actually watched them disinfect the pedicure pools between clients. I’ve never ever seen that at carousel. My shellac nail manicure was done meticulously, and was inspected by the manager. There were at least 7 applications of color. Consequently, on both occasions, my manicure literally lasted a month and a half, without so much as a chip! It simply grew in. So I was kind of perturbed with the«fast and dirty» service at carousel. Cultural difference? Are Korean manicure services simply cleaner, more extensive… carousel barely used 3 coats of shellac. Is it not the same product? Carousel claimed it was. I was horrified to watch a woman literally consume almost an entire bottle of wine and she was a loud, and sloppy drunk. I advised my operator that if they allowed the woman to drive, I would call the police. Finally they told her and she called her husband for a pickup. They told me she does the same thing every week with her friends. Who needs that? My carousel manicure lasted three days before a massive problem with first, a feeling of an abrasion on the nail. Then it simply cleaved off. Yup! I went back(after dropping sixty bucks on mani pedi, you would too!) Friday afternoon and place was completely empty. Employees were too busy watching TV on their pod devices. No one was in charge? I showed the nails(three destroyed in 3 days) and asked for a repair. I was blamed for the condition of the nails. I was treated very rudely with obvious nasty remarks exchanged by the operators in Vietnamese. I didn’t need a translator to know eleven someone is talking trash. The fix lasted one day. I will not return ever to this nasty, nasty place. Maybe it is a cultural thing. So either I fly to simply nails, or look for a clean Korean run salon.

Great place for good, no frills mani-pedi. The service is friendly, but depending on who you get, some rush thru the service, while others take extra time. But the end product looks great, I’ve never had a complaint. The supplies are clean and sterile.

I was looking for good service at a responsible price. This place was ok, but sometimes they are short staff, therefore you’ll have to wait soaking your feet a while. Semi — convenient location.

Really nice little nail place, but I want to say they we’re a little pricey on getting my waxing done. I will usually only do my eyebrows because my hands are so shaky … I might be back once I re-price where I normally go.

Nice place for good, no frills mani-pedi. Got the gel manicure and they did it quick and it looks great. They seem like nice people too. I haven’t been happy with my last place and stumbled upon this place today and decided to give them a try since they are near my house. I think I found my new regular manicure shop! :-)

Nice and friendly people. They do use clean and sterile supplies. They open right in front of you and tear off bag and throw it away.
