I’m not impressed. It was kitschy and cute on the inside, but on a Sunday afternoon there was absolutely no reason for there not to be every flavor available. Each and every valve I tried let out a runny mush of liquid. I settled on vanilla(I wanted cake batter) and my son just ate off mine. We spent $ 4 on froyo bc that’s all we got, you know froyo charges by the ounce and my one cup with toppings usually hits about 5 – 6 bucks… there wasn’t much ice cream in our cup, and I think the only saving grace for them with my two stars was that it was clean and I used my check in offer. I don’t think we will be going back…

Upon entering this place it was musty and hot as hell. 2 young girls were behind the counter. They didn’t say a single word until my cup was placed on the scale. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. I also feel their prices are high. I barely got any froyo in my small cup and it was $ 5.

New to the area, I was hoping that Cassie’s would be my new spot. I saw a review from about 6 months ago that said the selection was lacking and that the teenager behind the counter barely looked up from her phone. I figured it was a staffing issue that had surely been worked out by now so I gave it a shot. I found the exact same scenario, except that they also weren’t accepting credit or debit cards. There were about 5 flavors, all melting – dripping and messy, and it was about 100 degrees in there. The machines were filthy, but the nastiest part was the pair of sneakers on the food prep counter. I sampled all of the flavors, and the mango sorbet was disgusting – the others were just OK. Not bad, but not great. Wish I’d gone with my gut and headed over to Yogurtland instead!

I was having a huge craving for frozen yogurt and since Grapevine is around the corner I decided to try this place out, and am so glad I did. The yogurt itself is really delicious, and their toppings are standard but good. I saw that they had popcorn but since I was in the mood for yogurt I did not stop to buy some. I do want to go back and purchase some next time though!

This used to be our go-to yogurt shop! We planned on walking Main St. to view the Christmas lights and then have dessert at Cassie’s. When we got there half of the yogurt stations were empty. None of the staples like cake batter, vanilla or chocolate were available. Two other large families walked in at the same time as we did and none of the groups stayed due to lack of flavors to choose from. My husband stopped by the bathroom and said it was a disaster. The teenager working behind the counter sat on her stool and never looked up from her phone. Time to find a new yogurt shop. :(

Such a variety of flavors it’s hard to choose just one! A large selection of toppings and interesting tins of gourmet popcorn fill the shelves around the store. Staff is friendly. The large logo in the store that occasionally winks at you is strange but gives the store more character. Clean and friendly we come here at least once a month.

Used to be great, but lately it’s just average and not a great value for the money.

Great location, so so prices, and good flavors. Would recommend if you’re in the area! PS — I’ve been several times and they’ve never had the original tart flavor… just FYI.

Always delicious yogurt! It’s self-serve and a ton of topping options. My kids love coming here and my current favorite is that they get popcorn and I take home some of their delicious popcorn for later! The popcorn flavones are really unique and a lot of fun colors. Like camouflage(duck commander style) or bright rainbow colors. Anyway it’s a fun place to visit for kids and adults!

Cassies has great yogurt flavor choices and toppings. They also have a nice assortment of flavored popcorn. Also, they are very patient with small children that like to take popcorn baskets off shelves. Will definitely be back.

Toasted marshmallow froyo! Deliciousness. This little shop is adorably colorful and has some delicious flavors. I’d give it five stars BUT their popcorn prices are ridiculously expensive, and they didn’t have a ton of toppings. No gnocchi? Limited fresh fruit, and the trash was literally overflowing onto the ground. But 20% off for checking in was nice!

Great self serve yogurt. Really good flavors and great location. This place is always clean and has good seating. The toppings are always fresh and the place has a nice look.

I was in a rush to get from here to the movies so I quickly ran in, created my fro yo dessert, checked in on Unilocal, and got a discount on my yogurt. It wasn’t busy in there(it usually is at Fro Yo places nowadays) so we got in and out relatively fast. However, as soon as we started to drive our yogurt started melting a lot. I know it’s texas and it’s hot outside, but usually it takes 5 minutes longer for fro yo to start melting. The yogurt tasted good though and it was pretty cheap.

Cassie’s is good… the only thing i would change is this… making sure the yogurt freezes properly… I have seen this at a few froyo places in DFW. I am not sure if its the heat or? The yogurt shouldn’t come out icy or watery…

My husband and I used to be regulars but in June we also noticed several roaches on the machines. We have not returned since. Its really unfortunate because we always try to support local businesses. We often wonder if the roaches are from the addition of the popcorn sales? We are NOT employees of Cassie’s nor do we know anyone employed at Cassie’s. I have already let the owner know. Following the posting of this review, I have received a threat from the owner: «Im coming for you. I already know who you are: D, Brad» If you have received a similar message, please contact the police.

Meh. The perfect word to describe Cassie’s. My favorite part of this place was their signage. It’s super cute. The yogurt flavors were actually good on their own. I didn’t think the topping bar really had all that much to offer. We stopped in around 3:30 on a weekday afternoon so not a super busy time to be there, but the place was filthy. The floor looked dirty. The back counter was a mess. The topping bar was not kept clean. There seems to be as many fro-yo places around as donut shops, so I would keep driving to the next one.

I use my 20% off coupon all the time. It’s more than our 10% off Military coupon. I wish they would always have Gummy Bears and pistachio. It’s a hit or miss when I come here. I always have to eat worms if they don’t have bears. :) Still good stuff and friendly staff.

Well I was about to rant and rave how the hours say open till 9:30(on weekdays) and when we got there they were closed, but it turns out the hours on Unilocal are wrong and Cassie’s now closes at 9PM Sunday through Thursday(10PM Friday and Saturday). So while I did not get my frozen yogurt on this visit, I still hold Cassie’s in high esteem as my favorite place for this frozen treat. Sunday — Thursday: 11:30AM — 9:00PM Friday & Saturday: 11:30AM — 10PM
