A few months ago I had Matt come over and evaluate a few issues that I was having with my in home sound system. Matt and I discussed several options and based on his recommendation he upgraded my universal remote and at he made some changes to the way my system operates — don’t even ask cuz I don’t get it — he’s AMAZING — a detailed quote stating scope of work, efficient, trustworthy, on time and everything else that comes with superior service. I HIGHLY recommend him!

Approximately one year ago I had Matt come out to my house that I just had built in Rockwall I wanted a system throughout my house that was going to have individual speakers throughout my kitchen and living room, bathrooms bedrooms, and outside patio I wanted something that I can have individual maybe cut speakers on in certain rooms and off in certain rooms. I wanted everything to be on my iPad and on my phone, I want all the wires to be hidden throughout my house and I wanted a really good special system. he came to me he had a system called connect 4 system. I did a lot of research on connect 4, it was a very expensive system but as of one year I can say it was well worth the money. Matt didn’t excellent job installing everything getting everything wired in, connecting everything up and he did great following up for customer service as needed when I had difficulty trying to figure it out on my iPhone not because of the system it was because of the user so he responded rapidly he even came out and fix certain things that I wanted done. Today one year later Matt came out to my house as a courtesy check just to make sure that I was completely still happy with the system he went all through the speakers making sure all the speakers were still working when ahead and updated the control 4. Matt lives all the way in Grapevine which is about 45 minutes to an hour from where I live. great company very respectful person he’s can go very far distance if he keeps going with the rate he’s going with customer service I highly recommend him five stars all the way thank you very much Matt for your services you have gave to me.
