Stay away from this place at all costs. They will tease you in at a reduced rate and then once your in they will hike it up every couple of months. Example.
10×20 climate controlled unit
Teaser rate: 174.00
Month 3: 195.00
Month 5: 215.00
Month 8: 235.00
Month 10: 325.00
Try to fight it and they say that it’s in the contract and that’s the market rate.
Newsflash they are renting the same units at the teaser rates now.
Bait and switch avoid this company
And one more thing. Climate controlled is not 80 degrees. Which is where they keep the thermostats during the summer.
