Flyboard North Texas

Do not use this company they will take your money and not show up you will call them over and over and they will not answer. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY after finally talking to the rep for this company he had all kinds of reasons of why his instructor did not show up did not call and left us standing in the sun waiting for NOTHING!!! I asked him to send me an Email stating that they would refund be refunding the money and his response was he had no way of emailing me that, REALY he got my Phone number on where to call me from my email to him. This company is too slick stay away!!!

I appear to be in the same boat as everyone else. Bought a session as a present through
, then scheduled a 9:00am session the following Saturday morning. After 10:30pm the Friday night before, they sent a text «confirming» our 12:30pm session, and then didn’t answer their phone or reply to texts that evening or the next day. I called and left messages for a week without once getting an answer or a call back. I complained to
, who sold the voucher. They said that they were investigating and that I would be getting a call from Flyboard, and I never did. When I called them concerning their investigation, they refused a refund, as they said Flyboard (who has still never called me back) claimed we were no shows and never rescheduled, so they were refusing a refund. I technically still have two weeks to redeem the session but after 12 unreturned voicemails in a month, I don’t really see that happening. And I am unable to confront them, as their number is a Googlevoice line that they don’t answer, and they’re «locations» appear to be rental places on the lakes that they have an agreement with. I’d say I hate this business, but calling them a business unfairly legitimizes their practices.

UNFORTUNATELY, this company seems to care more about getting your money than your experience. They are extremely uptight with their ridiculous rules and have HORRIBLE customer service.
I bought a session for myself and my husband for his birthday. We are on a budget and found a great deal. I revolved my plans around this experience. From the get go I did not feel comfortable with the customer service (after purchasing the tickets with no refund available). So I went through regardless of my instincts. The morning of (I had a 9am) was way colder for comfort and my husband was getting over a cold. The weather prior to reserving the tickets was HOTTT. I had no idea a cold front was coming. Regardless, I called an hour before to ask for rescheduling and left a voicemail. Once I spoke with the distant man over the phone, he was very rude and gave me no mercy. He tried to make me feel bad that I had his instructor waiting for us the entire time… they had my money already. Again no customer service. any way, there’s even more to the story. Basically they took my money and didn’t give a fuck what happened afterwards. Now I have no gift for my husband and a shitty story to give on his birthday. THANKS FLYBOARD NORTH TEXAS! And I’m usually a positive person that likes to resolve issues. I just hate knowing people don’t have any passion behind their business.

Beware of this company! I bought this for my boys birthday and their equipment broke down and we were unable to fly. I spoke to them and requested a refund. It’s been a month now and I haven’t received my refund. I have left them 4 voicemails and they now will not even return my calls.

My bestfriend and I went to see ironman in the theaters this year, and we both wished we could have a suit. As I was just messing around on google about ironman suits I stumble apon a flyboard that has the same propulsion as ironmans suit just with water. So I immediately called flyboard North Texas and setup a outing and sure enough it was the most exciting thing I’ve ever done, you get fly around the just like ironman. Were going to do it again soon so we can get tricks down, but its easier than wakeboarding more fun. My new summer addiction.
