I’ve known them for over 2 years now and consider them to be lifelong friends! If it wasn’t for them I would still be smoking to this day! Customer service is outstanding here, staff are welcoming and helpful, plus they have a great selection of juice and mods. Definitely a very warm and inviting atmosphere. I’ve been going here for years, each time I venture to another store to check it out, I reminded of how much I enjoy coming to grand vapor instead.

Arrogant, pompous, cocky, self absorbed, narcissistic, spoiled, douchy, egotistical just to name a few adjectives describing the «owner» kiddo that «runs» this store that his mommy bought him. Save your time and money and go anywhere else. Totally unprofessional and just down right makes my skin crawl. They may have nice authentic mods and tanks but it’s not worth it. Spend your hard earned money somewhere where they value you and your business. Yep… I think that’s it.

Received wonderful, friendly, extremely knowledgeable expertise from Amber. It’s a very clean, friendly place and they make you feel comfortable, no matter how inexperienced with vaping you may be. We were walked step by step, By Amber, on how to use our product correctly and how to deal with settings and refills. Thanks for the great service! Won’t go anywhere else for our Vapes.

Only giving them one star because i have to.
My first visit to the shop was great, the customer service was very nice and helpful.
Then after that each visit became a downward spiral. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this shop from mods, tanks, to juices. And now, I will never spend another dime here. I always have been that easy customer that walks in and buys what is recommended. The first time i bought a mod they recommended, it was horrible, an eleaf mechanical mod. The next couple of days went by and it never got better i went back told the «owner» the previous guy had sold me this mod and said it was the best one out «highly recommended» he then apologized and said «that preppy boy» had been fired. First red flag, ITS YOUR SHOP! Don’t sell them if you don’t believe in them. On three other separate occasions I bought their recommended tanks/​mods. Every one of those were apparently defected, so when i went back in hopes of an answer or maybe help with fixing them. They automatically said it was screwed and i had to buy a new set. I thought this was odd so i went to other vape shops in grapevine one of them didn’t know what was wrong and didn’t have time to look (they were pretty busy that day). Then i went to DFW vapor and guess what. after a little while of tinkering the guy fixed it! The other two occasions that this happened i went back to grand vapor because HELLO they sold it to me and never have i received good educated help other than to buy their newest product. So those times I went home and I fixed it! This tells me one of two things. Either they don’t know whats wrong and don’t want to look like idiots and I need to be running that store so i can help fix other peoples mods OR the most likely alternative. they want my money as quick as i can spend it. Ive been a good customer for about a year and the past few times as well as last night when i went in the owner has made rude remarks about «things being out of my price range» or that mods too expensive. Keep in mind I don’t personally know this guy and he doesn’t know me. I have been in customer service for the majority of my working life and I would never insult a customer about what’s in their wallet, especially if they had spent hundreds of dollars with me. For the record they are usually open later than most vape shops thus is why i always ended back there, but never again!

Place looks nice on the inside. Other than that it’s about it. Big place with nothing at all inside. The selection for mods and rdas are just not there. They have a pretty limited juice selection. There is a smaller shop that has a much bigger selection on both a little ways down the road. This shop just has nothing to offer.

My friends wanted to come by and check them out, every time we came it said it was open but when we tried to enter, they were not open. Would not waste my time there again.

Shop is full of authentic mods, rda’s, and great line of juices, this was the first time I purchased a authentic mechanic mod and it was a used but in good condition copper Ember. It has performed great ever since, if you’re looking for a shop that carries only authentic products, this is the shop to hit up!

Great place to get premium Mods and juice. The staff are very knowledgable and always willing to help. I always tell people I meet that this is the place to go to get your vapor needs met. They always have some kind of event going on so it’s a great place to be introduced to the vape community.
