Grapevine Drug Mart

We use them when we are in Texas because we like to support local businesses instead of the big box chains, and because they are the best pharmacy we have ever used. My sister lives in Grapevine, and this is her new go-​to pharmacy. I can see why they have been in business as long as they have. Exceptional customer service! They also compound and carry drugs other places have to order. Did I mention they are lightning fast? A big Texas yee-​haw to Grapevine Drug Mart!

Professional pharmacy that goes the extra mile to make each experience over the top. Rarely a wait, and the pharmacist are always helpful with educating me about my meds and the changes. They always go above and beyond in managing my insurance helping me achieve the best bang for my buck!

Grapevine Drug Mart is a independent pharmacy and a member of Health Mart Pharmacy. Family owned and operated the staff treats you as part of the family. They greet you by name when you come in the door and thank you when you leave.
They also offer compounding on site and carry some of the more expensive drugs.
Definitely the better of the Grapevine pharmacies.

Hands down, the best pharmacy in town. They do compound Rx, they are far and away the fastest and most efficient in the area, they always have my prescription in stock, & they don’t screw up my Rx or give me the wrong drug (yes, it’s happened to me before). The staff is nice and they know what they’re doing. I’ve been coming here for years now. I highly recommend!

What other drug store can you walk in with your prescription and have it ready in 15 minutes? Love this drug store so much that I will drive all the way from Keller to my prescriptions refilled. Also cool that the pharmacists know their customers by name… Like Cheers, only with drugs!

I have to say that I love the service at this local pharmacy. The pharmacists are very personable. I have never had a problem getting a prescription. It is very nice that they are open until 8pm. Their prices are great.
Being in the health care industry, there are many choices for my patients and I have to say that I have never heard any of my patients complain about the care that they get at this pharmacy. For many GVDM is the only place that they need to go and trust that they will be taken care of.

New to the area not always sure about strip mall drug store. This could be one of the greatest drug stores ever!!! Best prices in the metroplex and service from each staff member that was five star! This is how I remember it was years ago. I am fortunate to find a place that has always been run so well.

My review is right in line with Christy O’s review. a) I was also there for pet meds, and b) I was very impressed by the helpfulness of the staff.
Nearly every person that came in was greeted by name. I got the impression it was all about personal service, where people are names, not numbers.
All in all a very pleasant experience.

This is truly a hometown drug store. Normally, I wouldn’t have even considered going here if my epileptic weenie dog wasn’t prescribed a «compound» drug that you just can’t get anywhere. My vet recommended this drugstore and indicated that they are reasonably priced and the only pharmacist around that makes compound drugs, which I’m not even sure what that means except I think it has something to do with the exact dosage and liquid form that my 9 pounder needs.
The drive through was busy and inside the store was even busier. Three pharmacists (a father and son duo and a son of the original pharmacist) busily work to fill your prescriptions. The line moved quickly but while I was waiting I saw a bunch of specialty items for skin, first aid, etc. that you can’t find just anywhere.
After I got my dog’s prescription, I was totally clueless on what to do, so I walked on over to the counseling window and received down to earth advice about how to dose my dog. It’s a good thing I asked because I was reading the syringe wrong and would have under-​dosed by 99%.
For someone who would probably never have patronized here, I was pleasantly surprised.
