Customer service here is over the top. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting Dallas. Fitness center is great, front desk is very helpful, and housekeeping made sure everything was perfect in my room!!!

I wish they would put as much thought and energy into the rooms here as they do the public spaces and fitness center. For a Hilton property, the rooms are dated and in need of some sprucing up. It really lacks the high end feel of Hilton, and seems more like one of their more budget friendly brands. The elevator and the area around it on the first floor was freezing all during our 4 night stay, and only one of the two elevators were working. It was very cold during our stay, and even snowed, but still. Make some accommodations for your guests and turn the heat up. On the plus side, the fitness center is great, and I love the fact that you can run outside on the trail and even go fishing in the pond with their complimentary rods and poles. Again, too cold to enjoy those amenities while I was there, and I’m not sure these things alone would bring me back. Breakfast was a little above par, but the coffee shop was sometimes open, sometimes not, with inconsistent hours. We attended a stamp show here as dealers, and the space we were given was nice, with good lighting. A mixed bag for sure.

One of the better Hiltons I have stayed at. The entrance was beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were comfortable. All appliances and electronics were working. The restaurant downstairs, Bonnie & Clydes, which doesn’t seem to have it’s own Unilocal page, was very good. Although, a well drink is $ 7, but I guess you are paying for convenience. They have Peter Thomas Roth products which makes a girl very happy. I wish I was staying long enough to enjoy the amenities.
