Jason’s Deli

I come to this location all the time. The food is always nice and fresh. The customer service is excellent and is what really keeps me coming back. The manager really cares about his guests and it really shows.

One of the better DFW locations! This place is always packed during lunch on the weekends, good luck even finding a parking spot, let alone a table. Definitely worth it though. Best turkey-​avocado sandwiches I’ve ever had. This location is also very clean and the employees are great; they’ll come check on the tables occasionally and refill drinks or fetch napkins. I’ve seen the manager bring kids free ice cream on more than one occasion!

I really like this deli. They have an awesome reuben, friendly staff, quick service and free ice cream!

July 4^th lunch. Very good fresh salad.

We had Jason’s Deli for a business luncheon today. It was Excellent! I had the ranchero chicken wrap with blue chips and salsa. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of heat and flavor this wrap had. The salsa was also an excellent addition. To dip my wrap in. Some of my co workers had the cashew sandwich and chicken and spinach wraps and raved about them.
I can’t say enough about the chocolate chip cookie. It deserves a 10+ star all by itself. It taste like a soft cloud of yellow cake and chocolate chips. I think I might go back and by a dozen of them and eat them all in one setting

It is strange to give Jason’s Deli 5 stars. They are a chain and they are relatively plain, but the food is consistently good. The staff are always very nice. The prices are good. The salad bar is always well stocked and fresh. Nuff said.

I have eaten at Jasons in Grapevine for many years but in December of 2014 I had dinner there and shortly thereafter became violently ILL. After throwing up nothing but Jasons sandwich for 4 hours I finally went to the ER. Long story short I called Jasons Deli the next morning and asked them to cover my insurance deductible of $ 250. The manager took my information and submitted it to his insurance. That insurance company (Travelers) told me there was no proof (the got my hospital records) that Jasons made me sick, and they declined my claim. Now that ER visit cost my Insurance company $ 2500 and me $ 250 … so now I’m off to Small Claims Court.
But be warned … JASONS DELI does not stand by the freshness of their food or the cleanliness of their restaurants.

5 stars for what it is: quick, inexpensive, healthy, clean, and great service. Is there a better salad bar in the area? Sure. Is there a better deli in the area? Sure. But Jason’s Deli gets 5 stars because it is a solid go-​to fresh food spot that does not disappoint. The sandwiches are great, small, but tasty and inexpensive. The salad bar is small but has just enough variety to really fill you up… and is inexpensive. Employees here are very nice and welcoming, and they are constantly cleaning (good sign!). The ice cream cone is a nice touch, a nice way to end a fun meal.

Phenominal. I went here for lunch just because I happened to be nearby, and it was awesome. First, this place is crazy-​busy at lunch time. I was early, about 11:30 AM, but by the time I sat down and was eating, the line was out the door! This is one of those places where you order at the counter and they give you a number and bring your food to you later. But this place was special in that they had a salad-​bar that was open to you for free! Granted, the plates are tiny, but the idea is you won’t starve before you get your lunch. I was asked if it was my first time here, which I’ve never seen before I moved to texas. I said it was, the guy comped my drink and said to make sure I check out the salad bar and grab an ice cream too! Yup — free soft serve here!!! So I spent what, 8 bucks on a sandwich, which was really really good in itself — but I ate like a king! Little corn muffins, crackers, had my sandwich and chips then a small soft serve cone to finish. It was too much food, but I felt I owed it to them to try it all! I love Jason’s deli!!!

I’m giving this place 5 stars because of the chicken panini and the super fresh fruit! Even when we came in late really late, the service and the food were great. Love this food and can’t wait to try more. The fruit comes with this dipping sauce that’s not too sweet and complements the fruit well. I also tried the French onion soup and I thought it was just ok, but the broc cheddar was great! I’ll be a regular…

Can’t resist a meal here! My favs are the veggie wrap, turkey wrap, broccoli cheese soup, California club and ofcourse, the salad bar! Great service at this location.

A big fan of all their wraps and the steamed veggies. Come here at least once a week for a quick wallet friendly lunch!

Good solid American deli with food made of high quality ingredients. Great for families. Great, super-​friendly service. Whenever I’m there, it’s full of customers, but not overly crowded. Highly recommend the simple (but solid) salad bar. The «manager’s special» half-sandwich+soup is my favorite go-​to meal. Free soft serve ice cream cone for dessert is a definite plus. Great for kids.

Been there twice this week — Always great food, and recently remodeled since I was there last. I like the new dining room arangment, less cafeteria feel, but still I always think they don’t get the tables cleared off quick enough, seems like I always struggle to find either an empty table or one with the dishes cleared. Thats sort of a good problem I guess, but that has to be my 1 consistent complaint everytime.

I want to first preface by stating that Jason’s Deli (chain) is our family’s «go to» for a quick healthy meal at a really affordable price. Love the organic salad bar and variety of sandwiches.
However, this recent visit started out a little different. Usually my husband orders our sandwiches. I became so accustomed to them that I didn’t realize when ordering the hot pastrami, that I had to actually let them know exactly what we wanted on there. I had just assumed that it would come exactly how my husband brings them home to me. When I ordered our food (my husband was taking my son to the bathroom), the only options the cashier asked me were what type of bread and sauce I wanted. When we sat down and realized we had only bread (untoasted by the way) with meat, my husband was highly confused, as was I. We first asked the employee who brought the food to us, to please toast our bread, and he did so quickly. I was so hungry I just started eating the sandwich as I didn’t really care that it didn’t come with condiments. My husband was a little more displeased though as he was aware of what it usually came with.
The manager came over and asked us if she could remake our sandwiches — we hadn’t complained, but she must have read the confusion on our faces. She insisted that she make them over exactly how we wanted them, and reassured us that it was what she wanted to do. She was extremely helpful and quite frankly, the absolute best customer service I have experienced out here in TX thus far. I was so pleasantly surprised to find the high caliber of service she displayed, and the willingness to really make it a good experience for us. She even apologized for her employee, who she advised, should have taken the time to walk me through the order and notified me of the options, as I was obviously clueless concerning building the sandwich (according to myself). She completely took what was expected to be a regular routine outing, and transformed it into a really enjoyable meal.
Note to Jason’s Deli — it’s people like Taylor who really build repeat customers and send people away with expectations exceeded in every regard. Thanks Taylor! Your service and awesome personality really made an impression and we appreciate you taking the time to see about us! We will definitely be back! :)

The spinach wrap is delicious, there’s lots of seating & the staff is nice. Take the kids to the pet shop next door if you want to score bonus points with the kiddos.

EVERYTHING! the salad bar is so affordable and they have the best options ever! I also really like the ranch dressing. The wraps are good too!

Pretty great salad bar. I haven’t tried anything else so I can’t give it a higher rating. The wait staff are pretty helpful.

Would you believe me if I say I hadn’t had Jason’s Deli even though I’ve been living in Dallas for 20 years? Well, I had it once a long time ago and it wasn’t a good experience since I threw up all over the place a few hours later. Well, trying to conquer that trauma I set out to erase the memory and create a more pleasant one.
What can I say? It was GREAT! It was super busy during lunch time but well worth the extra 10 minutes wait, because the Chicken Pasta I ordered was delicious. The cheese was just melting on there waiting to be devoured by me. I also ordered a cup of tomato basil soup (I know. added up to be 800+ calories. BUT) and it just complimented my meal overall.
I went again two days later to get the Spinach Wrap. I do have to watch my figure since I eat out too much, and even though it was all vegetables, if filled me up in my stomach in volume and in quality! This will be my new regular lunch pick for the rest of the year!
