Merry’s Christmas and Clowns

This place is the absolute worst! They sell one thing I like there that I can’t find anywhere else and from now on I will just order online. Every time I have stepped foot in this store I walk out shaking my head. The girls behind the front counter barely acknowledge you. They have checked me out before with out even taking a break in their conversation or making eye contact with me several times. On Monday (3÷7÷16) when I stopped in I went straight over to the little plate tiles to look for a baseball. I think the lady behind the counter said hi to us but didn’t try to help us as we were clearly on the hunt. I then asked her if they had any baseball tiles and she just says no. I turned to my husband and said we will just order it online and walked out. She never said another word to us. I am a business owner and I sell products to my clientele. If I have something not in stock I make the effort to order it and fulfill their want so they will have loyalty to me. This store has horrible customer service. I live off of Main Street and could walk here but I will go out of my way to order or find another store.

Horrible customer service!!! Because my charges were $ 14.01 I was told I could purchase lip balm for $ 3.50 (as she pointed to an indiscreet sign that said a minimum of $ 15 for credit cards). When I politely said «no thank you,» the sales woman shrugged her shoulders and said «okay.» It was gathered by her scowl that she was not allowing me to purchase the items. No– «I’m sorry, there’s an atm…, please come back.»
I live in Grapevine and will never be back!
I prefer to shop local but Rally House it is!
