WOULD RATHER BURN MY OWN MONEY.
I’d give negative stars if that option was available.
Went into Stacy around 4:00pm today, walked through ²⁄₃ of the store, and was COMPLETELY IGNORED by every single employee I encountered. I stopped counting at 8 employees, because it was just too insulting. By encountered, I mean that I slowly walked within 3 feet and made eye contact with these people. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE GREETED ME, MUCH LESS ACKNOWLEDGED ME, AND EXACTLY ZERO (0) ASKED IF THEY COULD BE OF ASSISTANCE OR IF I WAS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING IN PARTICULAR. You know, like sales people who actually want to sell product and earn money, or maybe just be friendly humans.
And let’s be clear: I am an attractive early-​middle age professional who looks polished. (Read: there’s money to be made off me — I didn’t go in there looking homeless.)
HOWEVER, I give huge kudos to the sales woman upstairs who DID speak to me when I interrupted her at the computer to ask for directions to the staircase out of that area. Sadly, her ONLY words were: «Straight ahead of you, around that corner.» Then she went right back to ignoring me and not caring to engage me whatsoever. I passed two more saleswomen on the way to the stairs, with zero acknowledgement.
Also saw tons of sales people sitting around at desks looking at phones or jawing with each other, totally oblivious to me and the few other customers. Not sure how Stacy sells any furniture with this level of disinterest.
I would rather build a new living room and bedroom collection out of Lincoln Logs and Legos than give Stacy my money after this experience.

Wow! The customer service we received was unparalleled.
From first point of contact with Bradley, our sales person to last point, the delivery people, everything was great.
We went to the Grapevine store in need of two new beds to accommodate visitors. We bought one floor sample, the other bed we wanted wouldn’t be ready for 6 – 8 weeks-​too late for our needs.
Bradley called the children’s department manager and she agreed to sell us the showroom model, even though they were still selling that model bed.
We needed delivery sooner than they had available and Bradley called the delivery manager at home and they accommodated us again.
Before the beds arrived I had some questions about dimensions etc… and each email to Bradley was answered within 5 minutes.
The delivery guys even showed up early and didn’t flinch when I asked if they would move the very large loft bed to the other wall after assembling.
Congratulations, Stacy Furniture. This is how business is meant to be done!

I got one if my favorite pieces of furniture there. Nice selection and good prices. I would definitely recommend Stacy and I plan to shop there again for a new bedroom set. Happy to support a family owned business.

We had a great experience at Stacy’s furniture in Grapevine. Shopped around various furniture stores and Stacy’s had the best selection and the best prices! Their delivery was excellent. They called a few days out and gave us a 3 hour window for delivery. Very satisfied with our purchase. They are very easy to deal with and customer service seems really good. I would definitely recommend them.

Stacy’s helped us find the right furniture for our new home. We visited many shops around the DFW area and had some specific wants. We eventually found everything that we wanted through Stacy’s. Their associates were helpful in pulling together pieces across multiple rooms and collections. Everything arrived in the time frame expected and the delivery team did a great job of setup.
The only downside that comes to mind is that we would have liked a greater discount given the quantity and quality of furniture we were ordering in one go.

I have bought a lot of furniture from Stacy’s. This show room is awesome. Very big and has a ton of different styles for everyone’s taste. They have a ton of employees and it is very easy to get good service. They carry great quality products. I love Stacy’s.

This is in regard to the **OUTLET LOCATION IN FLOWER MOUND**
As with any outlet it’s very hit or miss. However I was extremely pleased with my recent purchase of a queen bed (headboard/​rails/​foot board). I was «lucky» enough to find a discontinued item that was delivered to me from remaining stock that was new in the box. In this case, I was able to purchase a very nice bed at about a 50−75% discount vs. what I would have paid elsewhere for the same quality.
Again, it’s very hit or miss as I noticed some very good deals next to items I considered overpriced; so it’s all about timing and what’s on hand upon arrival. It took me two trips to find what I wanted and well worth the 2^nd trip.
Very reasonable delivery and set up charge compared to most places in the DFW area.

Nice store to walk around and get ideas but wouldn’t order from them again.
They estimated delivery of a bedroom suite to be 6 – 8 weeks. Half the order arrived on time and the other half, the bed (rather important component), arrived in 19 weeks! We had just moved and sold our other furniture so this was a big inconvenience. Now I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for Stacy’s to call to set an appointment for their person to come out and fix a mark/​dimple in the headboard. The delivery person noted it on the paperwork and said someone would call me.
In the beginning of this process when the delivery date started changing (and it changed 5x!), I went back to ordering long distance in North Carolina at Furnitureland South, and everything I ordered from upholstered pcs to wood items, arrived when they promised and in a MUCH shorter time period than 19 weeks. Lots of excuses from Stacy’s as to why the order was delayed, no excuses from Furnitureland.
Wouldn’t order from them again unless it was sitting in their warehouse ready to ship and now with their repair person taking so long, not sure about that either.

TERRIBLE experience. Purchased living room and dining room furniture on Jan 31,2013 and as of May 7^th, my order is STILL not complete. I will NEVER do business with Stacy furniture again.

BUYER BEWARE & DON’T EXPECT YOUR FURNITURE ANYTIME SOON (IF EVER)! We purchased a bedroom set for my daughter on a Saturday afternoon and arranged for delivery «for a nominal fee» to take place the following Saturday. We paid the nominal fee and agreed to the Saturday delivery date. Since we were going to be out of town until early afternoon Saturday, we specifically requested the latest delivery time possible. Upon receiving assurance we would receive a phone call from the delivery service to ensure this request, we left happy with our purchase and eager to receive it. We donated our daughter’s current bedroom set Thursday evening in anticipation of the upcoming weekend’s delivery.
After waiting the entire week to receive a call from the delivery service, I called Stacy Furniture mid-​afternoon on Friday and asked to speak to their delivery service. I spoke with Margo and asked what time we could expect delivery. She said they were scheduled to deliver between 12 — 2 p.m. I expressed concern and told her about our request for the latest time possible. She stated they could not honor a later time and advised me to keep the delivery date in the event the truck should run late. I again expressed apprehension at being home by 2 p.m. as we were returning from an out-​of-​town trip. She again advised me to keep the appointment and she would include a note in the instructions for them to give us an hour lead time till delivery. She said she would also schedule a backup delivery for Wednesday in the event they could not get it delivered on Saturday. She guaranteed a Wednesday delivery at the latest! Once again we received no such phone call, we did not receive a call concerning the Wednesday delivery and we didn’t receive any furniture on Wednesday.
I called the delivery service again and spoke to Margo who gave no indication of having had Friday afternoon’s conversation and told me she could find no record of any scheduled delivery or my name as a customer. When I relayed the events again, she assured me I would receive a call from the manager within 15 minutes. The salesman called back and said they would TRY to deliver the upcoming Saturday or following Wednesday. As of today, our 1 week promised delivery time has been delayed to 1.5 weeks. The upcoming dates would draw this out to 2 or 2.5 weeks respectively. I responded that this was an unacceptable solution since my daughter has been sleeping on mattresses on the floor and has no place to put the clothes and items which were formerly in her dresser and chest.
Their response: We want to get your furniture to you, but we have no room on the trucks. When I pointed out the failure was theirs and they needed to find a more appropriate solution, I was told no-​one was accepting responsibility. I expressed my disappointment and frustration and said these were terrible business practices. The salesperson agreed.
Good luck on any purchases made from this store. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought! Now we get to start the process all over again, but without existing bedroom furniture for my daughter.

One of the better furniture store in DFW. Probably got half my home furnishings here. Attentive service but not over bearing.
They’ll try to sell the warranty. I don’t think it’s necessary but others may want it. Always check the invoice before paying. I would advise that on any purchase, not just here.

I purchased a sofa from this store and based on my experience with this transaction I will never do business with Stacy furniture again.
They will say anything to make a sale, and lied to me about the availability and delivery date. I had to settle for the display sofa at full price, then the sales person slipped a Stacy warranty on the invoice without consulting me. I noticed the up charge on the bill the next day and returned to the store and was referred to Mr. Stacy. The experience was confrontational and pushy and was told there was some special «treatment» of the sofa and he could not refund the up charge.
Like someone wrote on a previous review, shop this store for ideas but don’t buy there.

I’ve always loved my bed, so when my husband suggested that we get a new one I knew this would not be an easy decision. After many WHY’s and REALLY?‘s we decided to start looking. Not only were we getting a new bed, but a new bed requires a new mattress, dresser, night tables, linens, comforters… all of it!
I’m the most indecisive person I know so this was a process for me and a beating for him! Fortunately, after visiting many other furniture stores, we made our way to Grapevine and Stacy Furniture. Finally found a perfect PERFECT bedroom furniture. Staff was very accommodating and patient, especially considering my indecisiveness.
Now time for a mattress… Does the mattress guy know his stuff (gosh I wish I could remember his name!). I think we spent 3 hours looking and learning about mattresses…
I couldn’t give a higher recommendation! LOVE LOVE!!!

If you want to check out Stacys furniture to see what they offer fine… but if you plan to purchase anything I suggest you write down the make and model number and buy it elsewhere!
I purchased a dresser and mirror back in March and today is June 25^th and I have YET to receive the mirror. The excuses I have received for not receiving my mirror are just piling up. First it was late shipping, second it arrived to their warehouse broken, third someone forgot to «reorder» the mirror. Finally after all this time it was supposed to be delivered today June 25^th. I waited for my «delivery» for nearly two hours and nothing. So I called customer service and was told there was miscommunication and Hooker has yet to ship it to Texas. WHAT?!?
The lack of follow-​up and customer service is appalling! I think Mr. Stacy should have a bouquet of roses and an apology letter if and when I get my mirror… if I EVER DO!
