Kiva Kitchen And Bath

Bad service, Bad product recommendation, really Bad Attitude after the sale from Floyd Anderson do not use Kiva Kitchen and Bath.
We bought in the thousands of dollars of product from Kiva to include a Wolff Duel Fuel Range.
They recommended a Kitchen Aide Dishwasher. We had it professionally installed by a certified installer.
We called back one week later to tell them it was not drying the dishes.
Floyd told us to call the warrantee people. We did even though I think a new product that doesn’t work should be replaced.
Incidentally, the Kitchen Aid warrantee service provider will not set an appointment time in advance, only the day of repair.
Therefore, you are forced to take off work for the day while you await their call the day of the repair.
Do not buy Kitchen Aid products, more over from Kiva Kitchen and Bath.
After a day off work and a supposed repair, the product still does not work as advertised.
When I called Floyd back to complain, I was told that I could pay to have it removed and then pay to reinstall a different unit.
I trusted Kiva to sell me a working dishwasher.
Additionally, I had bought and been charged over $ 7000 for a Wolff range.
Before taking delivery, my wife and I attended a Wolff cooking demo.
The incredible product demo caused us to second guess the 30″ we bought and go with the larger more expensive 48″.
I called in and spoke with Valerie at Kiva and was told that I had 15 days to not take delivery of the 30″, as I was considering a 48″ instead of the 30″.
Valerie called me back two days later and said she had a customer who wanted my 30″ and would I mind letting her sell it.
I said no problem. I had not made up my mind on the 48″.
Later when talking to Floyd Anderson of Kiva about my non-​working dishwasher, he chewed me out for ordering and paying for the Wolff 30″ and then considering a 48″.
I promptly told him to refund my money on the Wolff and I would gladly go to another dealer for this purchase as well as my new 8 residential units I have coming online this year.
That was over one week ago… NO REFUND and NO APPLIANCE…
Before making my Wolff purchase, I was pushed to a Blue Star range. I did some research and ask some questions.
Instead of him answering my questions, I was simply told «you just need a more consumer driven model.»
Do not do business at Kiva Kitchen and Bath.
