The ladies who took my order were polite and accommodating, but one of the employees who was heading out for the day removed my sandwich that was heating up in the oven to heat up her own. I then watched as she put my sandwich back into the oven when hers was done and then she left. It took twice as long for me to get my sandwich, and it was still cold when I finally got it. It was really disrespectful, and I’m very disappointed. She had light skin, dark hair, roughly 5’0″, and left shortly after 11AM on March 9th, 2016.

I asked for a sugar in my Latte and I was told condiments are on the side. Maybe the lack of service was due to somebody having a bad day but I was not impressed.

Today is the celebration for Ugly Sweater Day. From the Starbucks page, it says buy any Frappuccino on Friday, Dec 18, using a Starbucks Card or mobile app, get an ugly sweater cozy. I bought a tall Caramel Brûlée Frappuccino and the 2 baristas told me they can’t give it to me because they just got it and they don’t know what to do with it yet. It’s 7pm, the day is almost over. This is very disappointing.

Right outside security /Gate E8 in, you guessed it, Terminal E, I was thankful to find my morning caffeine fix so close after I cleared TSA Line was pretty slow but then again, I had all the people w/20-customizations in front of me My order? Tall Flat White. Simplicity SBux seems to have these flat whites down & this one was tasty but have to admit that it wasn’t the expected deliciousness I’ve come to see every time & from every SBux I order it. Not sure what made it miss the mark but to be fair, it was only missed ever-so-slightly & it still beat any other syrupy drink I’ve ordered from a SBux And since I was on vacation & everyone knows vacation calories don’t count, I also indulged in a slice of Pumpkin Bread. It was fantastic! Moist, very pumpkinny & nice crunch of pumpkin seeds on top. This is a repeat treat for sure!

Starbucks Gate E8, where you can’t get a breakfast sandwich but you sure can get an attitude. I felt like apologizing for placing an order. No greeting, no acknowledgement of my actual order. They don’t serve any hot items which is fine but they probably should have more than 3 pastries to choose from. The guy ahead of me didn’t know they didn’t serve hot items and when he ordered one he got a very rude, «we don’t serve them» These ladies need to be promoted to customers. Maybe a little time on the other side of the counter may do them good.

I don’t know what all the hate on this place is about. Stopped in this Starbucks in the E-Terminal Satellite to buy a handful of «Thank You» gift cards for the Flight Attendants and ground crew for my upcoming flights. A trainee was on the register, and he was constantly referring back to his manager while I reloaded my Starbucks card with $ 50 and then turned around and redeemed it for gift certificates, and the new guy was precise and helpful, giving me a separate receipt for each transaction. Sure — not fast, but I knew that each certificate was done correctly. As friendly icing on the cake, the manager offered to go into the back to find me gift envelopes for the gift cards, just so the presentation could be nicer. While I normally go to the Sky Club, I expect I’ll be back here at some point in my travels, and look forward to the same conscientious customer service.

I never ever have a problem with Starbucks at any other locations EXCEPT this one! I hate to write bad reviews but I am strictly writing this due to MULTIPLE bad experience of horrendous service. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after swearing never to order a drink from this Starbucks but this time I really learned my lesson. Don’t waste your money on a drink here. They will get your order wrong. They will deny that they were wrong. And they will be very rude about it. Plus, since it’s inside an airport, it’s very overpriced. I really don’t know who manages this Starbucks or who does the hiring but it’s horrible every time! Another ridiculous experience was today when I was paying with my Starbucks app and I had a leftover difference of only $ 1.50 to pay, I handed her a $ 20 first but I quickly found a $ 5 bill so I asked if I can just pay $ 5 instead and she goes«no I already put it in, I can’t do it» And gives me my change back VERY rudely… Uhm… What? She could have just gave me my $ 20 back and $ 3.50 change for the $ 5… Someone is lazy or can’t do ANY basic elementary math… This probably creates a very bad reputation for Starbucks, ugh. I have a really bad taste in my mouth right now.

I had a lot of time to spend in my terminal waiting for my flight. It’s always enjoyable to sit in and Starbucks on you Apple product of choice and relax and people watch. The negative thing about this location was the barista taking my order seemed like she wasn’t well trained and was very hard to understand. The positive thing is my drink did come out right! That was a miracle!

Terminal E(8) RUDE Barista! I have never in my Starbucks life have ever had suck horrible service. My drink is wrong too. SMH.

My flight was delayed so We had time to get something to drink and eat. Went to this starbucks and Wow! The barista yelled at the guys at register saying«people I need names!!» Meaning to write down name of customer on cups. Then she started arguing with the manager about some other people not being at the register, and saying she’s clocking out and leaving and whatnot. I placed my order(Grande caramel frap with extra caramel). My friend placed her order and after about 5 minutes she got her drink. Another customer that had been waiting for her drink got hers and then asked to speak with a manager. Manager came out and I saw the lady tell her something and handing her the drink to manager. She then later got a new drink made by a different barista. When my drink was ready, they gave me a tall or whatever the smaller drink is. I showed my receipt and the barista just gave me a look and said«ok ma’am» and took my drink. I’m sorry I usually don’t complain but I don’t think that any employee should be arguing or complaining about his her job in front of customers, it’s so uncomfortable and unprofessional. I hope they get either a new manager or a new crew.

due to a flight delay, we had received food vouchers to use at the terminal… however, the staff here didn’t know how to use it, so had to use it somewhere else…
