Wish I can 0 star. Horrible horrible customer service. I got a new phone that’s unlocked. It’s not chain to any carrier. Had att before never have problems with the sim card. Now I have T mobile, my sim starts acting up. Always showing no sim. Came in here and try to swap it out I kid u not it took almost 1 hr. They act like I’m trying to hustle them for a free sim card. Rly? Saying they can’t and this saying their SYSTEM telling them there’s nth wrong with my sim. Rly? Well my system telling me there is. Ok swapped it out. Now the no sim went away but guess what Everytime I take it out of airplane mode it takes 30 min to search for a network. Went back to this damn store and I stand there for a good 1 min with no one even acknowledge I am there. I had to ask the guy if I have to sign in and wait. Then it took 20 min for the guy to look up some crap on my ACC and said again their system telling them nth wrong with my sim and it will cost 21 $. Lol. So I said really? So I guess people just come in and swap sim card for fun right? And he said ya they do. Cocky and not professional at all. It’s a sim card not a new phone people don’t just go in swapping it out for fun. I am not putting this on t mobile BC I had great experience with T mobile thru their customer service line and other stores. It’s just this store. This store does not represent t mobile at all.

Always a wait and the only person here that I have ever dealt with that seemed to know anything and have customer asst skills… Sam. The older dude with the big hair… does not even know how to open a phone or use the computer system. Kind of scares me. I am buying a $ 400 phone… I would like you to know how to use it and answer my questions. I had to take my phone out of his hand bc he kept pushing the power button to try to take the case off the back. But Sam, after having to rotate many other customers and use multi tasking to the best of his capabilities and constantly getting interrupted to help the other employees… fixed my phone in a few min… thank goodness he was there. Go through the entrance with the big football out front… near the Sears Outlet in Gvine Mills.
