I LOVE The Children’s Place. They have the biggest selection of quality children’s clothing that I’ve ever seen in one place at one time. The prices are amazing and the special deals are absolutely AWESOME.
I go to this store practically every time I go to the mall and I’m never disappointed. I can always find something for the grandkids and the discounts are so spectacular that I always come away with some excellent bargains.
The one downside with this store is the customer service is hit and miss. I don’t think I’ve ever been greeted or asked if I need help. The cashiers also vary greatly in attitude. Some are okay and some act like they’d rather be anywhere other than there.
I’d definitely give them a full five stars if they’d work on their customer service skills a bit. But that won’t keep me from shopping here. The deals are too fantastic!

OK, while I’ve never had a bad experience… never a stellar one either though … one of my close friends had a extremely bad experience there that all did end up getting resolved; I still feel awkward shopping there even though our friend said she has gone back after that issue was resolved and the employee that made the inappropriate comments to her moved stores or was terminated.
They are the biggest children’s place in the area that I know of; and because of it they have more room for clearance. So if you go at the right time with one of their e-mailer coupon you can get 50, 60, 75% off some items.
I won’t go out of my way to come here anymore; at least while my daughter still has to wear uniforms at her pre-k; cause they never have her size when the good uniform deals happen but if I have to get a new jacket or something and I can pull off one of those really good deals I will take advantage of it if I’m going to be up there anyway.

I love this place because they have a large selection of children’s clothing. The Grapevine Mills location always has the best selection of clearance. They always have ample people to service the customers. They even have an area for kids to relax while we shop.
