Customer service at this location is great! I’ve been to other locations where the staff is not so friendly and welcoming. The inside area is always clean and presentable! Hard to find a clean and friendly fast food place it good food now a days!

Taco Bueno used to be the best. In the past year or so the franchise has made some major changes to their meat, breakfast burritos and changed from Coca Cola products to Pepsi. I can no longer enjoy their food it is terrible and not worth their premium prices anymore. Luckily they haven’t changed their cheese so if you want good cheese nachos at least they still do that right. For over a decade I couldn’t go to taco bell but now I prefer their crappy food over buenos any day.

I have honestly only been through the drive thru here. But let me tell ya… I LOVE me some Taco Bueno deals (@ participating locations… this one participates!!). .mondays 49 breakfast burritos. YUM!!! I love potato burritos, this one is awesome because it’s the crispy crunchy hash brown sticks with fluffy yummy cheesy eggs! So stinkin good! .49 party tacos on Thursdays. dynamite! Taco Bueno tacos are my favorite in fast food, because it taste like freshly cooked meat with onion in it, not frozen meat de thawed at all! I might be a weirdo, but I love my meat burnt. one day I got tacos that had sort of a crispy taco meat flavor some people might complain about that but I loved it! Don’t discount their fajitas either!!! The fajitas here taste just like a sit down Mexican restaurant would. It’s excellent! Guacamole is always fresh and don’t get me started on the beans… so good!

Fast food Mexican establishment located in the busy shopping area off glade and 121. Service is fast and food comes out quick. Never had an issue at this location. Ordered the Chicken salad bowl for the first time and was pleasantly surprised how delicious it was. However, my usual at taco Bueno is the Mexi Dips and Chips. I really love their queso. The salsa bar consists of two salsas, pico di Gallo, jalapeños, cilantro and onions. They now offer a few bottled salsas to try as well. If your needing a Mexican food quick fix try this place. I believe Taco Bueno is only found in Texas but perhaps a few other southern states. I’ll be back soon.

First time to try this food establishment. I wonder if they had a rush before we came in. Kind of messy. However staff was friendly and food was quick, hot, and lots of it. Not bad at all. I enjoyed my late lunch. Will try this again soon.

You already know what the food tastes like here, it’s Taco Bueno. It’s not the worst, but it’s no where close to the best. The drive thru staff here are always very friendly and the line moves pretty quickly.
In the past I’ve had issues with Taco Bueno being stingy with their salsas, but I have not run into that issue at this location.
Great for a quick cheap lunch.

Mexican fast food.
The party burritos are amazing and cheap, I stock up on them sometimes during my full-time school semesters. College kid budget here.
The ‘queso’ is more like powered melted cheese concoction.
This location is always fast and I have no problems.
All other food is average and typical.

Ok so let’s be real here… it’s fast food. You shouldn’t expect a whole lot here but to just get bang for your buck food. I love me some Bueno. Always been a fan. Prefer it over Taco Bell any day. I like the mucho nachos with just beans and cheese. And their party burritos are cheap and good. Their queso is off the chain good. This location in particular is my go-to when I really really must have bueno.

As far as fast food mexican food goes, Taco Bueno has always been my favorite. I can’t think of anything on the menu that I haven’t liked and I’ve tried most of it. My only problem is occasionally the flour tortillas don’t taste fresh. They also used to have a green sauce that was super spicy and super good. The salsa there now is just ok.

I have to agree with others on the bueno.
If you are looking for good Mexican food then go somewhere else. If you are looking for fast food with a Mexican flavor, then this is as good as it gets for fast food. Good value for the money, condiment island with all kinds of stuff.
Friendly service gets you in and out quickly with a kinda Mexican lunch. Not bad.

Why exactly am I reviewing a Taco Bueno? Ordinarily it seems completely futile to review an establishment such as Taco Bueno, but it’s time I do my part to support their efforts to provide decent fast food Mexican style cuisine to the masses at affordable prices. Compared to Taco Bell (the only Mexican drive-thrus in most localities) the beef seems outstandingly beef like. The Muchachos are a consistent favorite, though the price has increased in the last few years. These puffy shelled tacos weigh in at around 500 calories each, so I wouldn’t order too many. The real reason Taco Bueno is great if you’re on a budget is the salsa bar. You can order a simple 89 cent bean burrito and it can be turned into a jalapeño, pico de gallo, onion, and salsa stuffed monster burrito, all at no additional charge. This rating is based significantly on value for your dollar, and no the food isn’t authentic, but it does what it’s set out to do, it’s fast food.

This is the best fast food Mexican restaurant in the area. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Service is friendly and food is really good for the money. Great salsa bar.
