I will never have anything negative to say about Rosas. I go here almost every Tuesday for their taco Tuesday deals. Crispy beef with lime. Mmmm. If it’s not a Tuesday, it’s the combo nachos, chicken fajita burritos with queso, nacho salad or Mexican plate. Always with a large chips and queso no matter what I order. It may be a little pricy but it’s totally worth it. I ant believe I didn’t like this place when I was a kid.

Meh… nothing special. Not completely authentic not Taco bell. But in between. Flavors ok. I guess. Not impressed. Doubt coming back

I’ve had Rosa’s now about 10 times in the past several years starting when I was at Texas Tech and I still think the place has average food. I’m not a huge fan of how the chicken is cooked. I like the steak a little better. The best thing they have going for them are their tortillas which I think are great.

I’m still excited about this place and my first experience was two weeks ago. After seeing countless commercials, I assumed this place was a sit-down restaurant akin to El Fenix, which I don’t particularly like. When I noticed a drive thru, I decided to give it a try and was completely surprised. This is one of the nicest fast-casual joints I think I’ve been to. The décor is on par with standard mexican restaurants in Minnesota(where I’m from). The food was pretty good and the tortillas are fantastic. Service was great too.

Did the drive through and do not recommend it. The retried beans were the consistency of soup and had no flavor. I got the chicken fajitas. Other than being way too salty, pretty much no flavor either. If you have to depend on salt to create flavor, you need to learn how to cook! Was not impressed and they certainly are not worth the almost $ 11. Not good TexMex at all.

The food always tastes good and the line is fast but that’s about it for good things. This is right by our house so it’s about as frequent as we get. They are very inconsistent with getting salsa in the bag even when you ask for it, and my biggest issue is no matter what you order it is never«assembled» well. Burritos with half the contents all over the wrapper, whatever toppings clumped so you you get all your tomatoes or cheese or whatever all in one bite. Just frustrating. Our dinner tonight ordered tacos which are supposed to have tomatoes and cheese and literally one diced tomato piece that’s it. Ridiculous.

Taco Tuesday is worth it. You get 3 taco’s beef or chicken. Bean and rice and 2 flour tortilla. It’s a good deal.

I came here for lunch today cuz Taco Tuesday, and it was the best $ 4.32 I ever spent! I was just looking for some cheap tacos since I was in the mood for Mexican food. I never expected this great gem of a place. Where do I even start. So the Taco Tuesday special includes three beef/chicken tacos(soft or crispy), rice, beans, and two tortillas. I put the beans and rice in the tortillas, and ended up with basically 5 tacos. Not only were they great in quantity, the quality was equally supreme. The tortillas were my favorite. They were warm, fluffy, and a great thickness as opposed to other taco places I’ve been to. The rice and beans were delicious as well(considering I usually don’t like beans)! I got the beef tacos which were good; can’t wait to try the chicken! I ordered it to-go so I could enjoy it in the park because of the nice weather, so I didn’t get to experience the ambiance of the place. Which leads me to their drive thru. I love that they even have one. You would never have expected this quality of food to come from a restaurant/fast food joint place. Although the drive thru line was long, it was all worth it! I would come back in a heartbeat, but only on Taco Tuesdays of course. P. S. I LOVE their to-go boxes, haha. They’re sturdy and you can trust that your food will all be in one place when you reach your destination.

I would compare the food here to water, it has zero flavor at all. The only thing worth eating here are the beans and tortillas. I would rather eat at a fast food place than here and I don’t eat fast food.

This place feels like a restaurant, but has fast food prices. The food came out fast and it was really tasty. I am picky about Mexican food, and I was really craving it today. The tortillas are made fresh(you can watch!) and delicious. No complaints at all, we will definitely be back!

Good solid Tex mex. not the best but definitely not the worst. i will their flour tortillas are the best in my opinion. you get them with your meal or you can order them by the dozen which I have and used them to make breakfast tacos. prices are reasonable. especially on taco Tuesday’s.you can get three tacos rice and beans for 3.99.the food is pretty consistent and never really had a problem with them. looking for a place that is fast and pretty cheap this is the place. give a try.

Fresh made tortillas!!! They are so soft and warm and chewy!!! You could just eat the tortillas by themselves and it’s like heaven! We ordered the beef and the chicken family style. Not a big fan of the chicken. But the beef is soooo tender and juicy!!! They cooked it medium well so it’s still a bit pink. The rice is good too. Not sure about the beans as they make me feel very gassy afterwards. Unlimited salsa bar. Friendly staff — we got a free dessert tortilla(dont know what it’s called. it’s fried and sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon) on the house because we were asking what it was and it was our first time there. T was very sweet of the girl server to do that.

Honestly, I have never been to or even heard of Rosa’s until I moved to Arlington… So I can’t compare this location to any others. At first glance, this restaurant seems pretty new. It’s clean and has a great atmosphere. There is ample parking and they have a small patio. Now for the food… I would rate it a solid B+. The food is good, but I wouldn’t say that it’s the best quick service Tex-Mex out there. It’s really hit or miss. I have been here a few times and sometime I leave disappointed. I would also have to say that the service is also good. I haven’t had a bad experience with the staff. It’s honestly very comparable to Taco Cabana. I’m a queso fanatic(and I’m lactose intolerant), and their chips and queso are pretty good. I always get the same thing, the taco platter, which rarely lets me down. The salsa bar is always very clean with fresh salsas and other condiments — which is rare for fast food joints. Their margaritas are okay… don’t expect much. Overall, if you are in the mood for some fairly priced Tex-Mex, give them a try. As I said, I have only been disappointed a few times. Just stay away on taco Tuesday. The lines are ridiculous!

This particular Rosa’s is pretty comparable to any other Rosa’s around here. I always find myself frustrated by the long lines & thereafter panicked by the large menus that I should have been paying attention to while waiting. Nevertheless, I seem to order something typical like tamales or tacos every time as I give in to the anxiety caused by the crowds surrounding me. The queso is more than decent but less than the best in my opinion. My hunger level at the time of ordering determines if I want it however I never have enough room to eat much of it. I need to work on reducing food waste. The salsa bar has the freshest tasting salsa of any fast food or quick sit down meal establishment. I will not include authentic Mexican taco stands in this comparison as that would not be fair. The lemons, limes, whole fresh jalapeños and 4 – 5 different salsa varieties complete the meal at Rosas. How could I forget the«European style» butter, although I do not use it – it is available at their salsa bar. Check out my tip for a free desert… Friend me if you’re friendly! SYOY

Tuesday Night is known as «Taco Tuesday» and has quickly become a very popular night for families. They offer a choice of beef/chicken and soft/crispy shell. The dinner comes with three tacos, rice, beans and two homemade flour tortillas for $ 3.99. It is fast food with the full dinning experience which I prefer over Taco Bell or Taco Bueno. They also offer both traditional and strawberry margaritas as well as a selection of cold beer. Its not your normal full service restaurant but it is not your typical fast food restaurant either. I would have given it a solid four star but they ran out of margaritas for the second time.

I’ve beent to Rosas more than few times, and it’s a seriously great place– the food is always fast and awesome. I decided to try their drive-thru today, though, and I got my usual– two bean burritos. When I got them home, they were soaked through with grease and there was a ton of cheese clumped together with a little bit of beans mixed in. The grease was definitely the worst part; it had seeped through the wrapper. I hope their drive thru gets better, I’ve never had that issue at the dine-in.
