Awesome people that work here and very friendly. Love going to any chick fil a location because you get the same welcoming service.

Unfortunately this location was beyond filthy. Soup was watered down and cold… salad was covered in knats and manager could have cared less. I am a huge CFA supporter, so I am disappointed to say the least.

I just moved here from Atlanta – the home and origination of the very first Chick-​fil-​A –so imagine how excited I was to see Chick-​fil-​A, an Atlanta staple, so far from my hometown. I stopped in on my way to work at my new job and I couldn’t have been more disappointed in the quality of food. Perhaps it was just an off day for this particular franchise, but I really hope every Chick-​fil-​A over here is not like this. I got myself the bagel breakfast sandwich, and a co-​worker of mine a spicy chicken biscuit — - my bagel was burned to a crisp and the chicken was a fourth if the size of the bagel, leaving the majority of the sandwich nothing but bread. My coworker told me their spicy chicken biscuit was ice cold. Very disappointing to see such sub-​par quality and care coming from what I believe is an amazing restaurant chain that can have their pick of nothing but the cream of the crop franchisee owners..

They’re always fast and they never mess up my order. They are always friendly and upbeat! I love the spicy chicken sandwich. Yum!

The only reason I am giving it a star is cause i love the food from Chick-​fil-​a.
I am very disappointed with the service I received this morning. I ordered a 40 piece breakfast mini tray and was told by the cashier Jason that it would take 15 minutes. I also heard from the kitchen area it would take 15 minutes. So I said okay. The time was 7:34 am. It was 8:05am when I decided to ask how long my order was going to be. In less than two minutes I received my order. How is that I have to ask 30 minutes later about my order and all the other customers received their orders in time? Even the guy in front of me ordered a fruit tray and he received his order within 5 minutes. Then I went back in line to purchase a parfait and Jason took my order again. I simply asked how long will this order take? I guess he didn’t like me asking so he said in a rude way I can get it now. The reason I asked cause Jason saw me several times waiting on my mini tray and never told me or asked if I received my mini tray order. This was my first time visiting this location and my last. How shitty the service is in this location. If I had the manager’s or district manager’s number I would call them and tell them. I was so upset that a Chick-​fil-​a would be like this. I love my chick-​fil-​a but not from this location.

Even though it’s extremely busy at this location for lunch and dinner they still do a great job with getting the food out quickly and are very friendly.

This busy place let me down today
I ordered two market salads to go
When I got to the office I got two market salads that were cold and the chicken looked like it was thrown in the container and looked odd
They got the dressings correct but the fixings were just 4 packs of granola mix
And no forks or napkins
Looks like they are too busy to pay attention to detail now
We have too many food options in the area to eat here again

Who doesn’t love CFA? Well, besides those who are still hurt over their hyper religious policies… I for one am not hyper religious but I am a lover of their food. So I go here anytime I can. The chicken is unlike any other. You can’t deny it and if you do you are a liar. There is no way anyone can convince me that they don’t like it (if they like eating chicken).

I mean, I think its pretty great! We visit probably once a week to share a value meal, and an 8 piece nugget for my three year old, two year old and myself. Prices are good, service is swift! They management here really knows how to keep their drive-​thru hopping. Employees stand out by the car line to take your order face to face (and hand you a menu if you need it) rather than through a speaker box, and then there’s the ability to pay by card right then and there via ipad. Cash is taken at the window. There is a condiment stand while you wait in the drive thru line and they’ll ask you what you need before you ever get to the window to collect your food. Pretty smart if you ask me!

Use to go through here every morning. A little slower than most Chick-​fil-​a in the morning but not too bad. The food is always hot and good. One thing that is great about Chick-​fil-​a is that it’s hard to not get a consistent experience. I’ve traveled all over the US and 99% of the time they just get it right regardless of where you are.
My only gripe with Chick-​Fil-​A in general is that they do this stuff like Chicken and Waffles at just a few locations and I always feel like I’m missing out. I wish they would bring the new stuff to all the stores faster, otherwise they are just a great company and one of the only fast food places I’ll eat at.

This Chick-​Fil-​A location is located right off of Hwy 121 and Glade St. Very convenient location on my way to work. It is extremely busy here but don’t feel intimated by the long lines. They have a person outside taking orders usually during breakfast and lunch times. I thought about not going when I saw the long car lines, but wanted to see how long it took to order and receive my food. It took about 11 minutes, so it was not bad. The chicken mini combo is my favorite breakfast item on the menu. The chicken minis always taste delicious, hash browns fresh, and the coffee is amazing.

I don’t eat at Chik fil A a lot but when I do I expect the chicken to be crispy and the fries hot. Both times I have eaten at this particular location, the chicken is soggy and the fries lukewarm. Nice people but I won’t be back.

Chick fil A ran out of lemonade. I was pretty darn disappointed. Much to my shock… they gave me my sandwich free bc they felt so bad. I love you Chick Fil A. You really just made my day and it has been a very long and not so great day.

This location is ALWAYS busy, morning noon and night. To me it’s kind of hit or miss with the sandwich s and fries. Sometimes my chicken sandwich is grizzly or like today my fries weren’t even cooked :(
I ve found the location on highway 26 is better, at least the chicken sandwich s are always juicy and never grizzly. I go to whatever chick fil a is close to me, unfortunately the euless restaurant wins in location.

Christian company, great food, outstanding service. they rock!

I love the customer service, I love the speed of delivery and I love the food! This chain has the most respectable and courteous employees I have ever encountered. The food is (typically) always hot and fresh and it is served with a smile. If only other fast food and dining establishments would take a page from Chick-fil-A…what a wonderful world it would be!
P. S. The spicy chicken is really good if you haven’t tried it, do so.

My go-​to Chick Fil-​A location. I have never, ever had bad Chick Fila where-​ever I’ve gone. It is always fantastic and leaves me wanting more.
I’ve tried almost everything on the menu.
Chicken Nuggets, Chicken Strips, Original Chicken Sandwich, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, the sweet ice tea, the fruit cup, ect, ect. It’s all so good.
This location is typically pretty busy, but they get you through the line fast and always have your food correct and on time. The staff is very friendly and polite. I try to make it to Chick Fila two or three times a week: D It’s that good!

I don’t think I’ve ever had bad experience with Chik Fil A. I gave this particular location a 4 star rating instead of 5 because they didn’t have tortilla soup available. Apparently it’s not very popular at this location, so they told me they could make it but it would be a 20 minute wait.
There is no fast food that is worth waiting outside the building in my car for 20 minutes (laughing at all the people who waited in line for IN-​N-​OUT when it first came to Texas only to realize Whataburger is 10 times better and has been here all along).
Back on topic, the food is always good here and so is the service. The workers are friendly and always get the order right, even when I ask for a specific count of multiple varieties of sauces.
I’ll continue to come here, I just wish they’d keep some tortilla soup warmed up for me.
If you haven’t tried it yet, the spicy chicken sandwich is pretty good and you can add cheese to it now!

This location is really clean. The staff appeared frustrated with me when I was placing my order. I ordered a lemonade and she asked me if I wanted unsweet or sweet? I didn’t know there was a choice when it came to ordering lemondade. She heard me wrong and thought I said Ice Tea. Oh well. The food here is yummy! I really like the grilled chicken nuggets with their Chick-​Fil-​A sauce and honey mustard. This place gets really busy around lunch time!
