I will be honest here in that my first two experiences with them were OK. Carpet in one room and wood flooring in three rooms. Although they should have done the closet, and left the carpet in there when they had the 6″ feet extra wood. But the next room project for wood flooring was a problem in that they cancelled twice and then after I moved all the furniture myself out of the room were they able to call in a freelancer to do us both a favor — he was NOT an employee. He was wonderful and I asked him if he did tile work as I need some done, and I thought with a name like Tim Hogan Carpet they didn’t do tile. When I finally need to call the tile guy I had lost the number so I called Hogans. The man, who had been my sales guy, wouldn’t give me the guy’s last name or number as he wanted to charge me about 35% commission on the deal. No way was I doing this. I located his number on my Sprint calling log online and then decided to not have Hogans install my next $ 3,000 worth or carpet upstairs. A very poor business decision on their part. I was not a happy customer.
