I hate giving poor reviews but this one takes the cake of the worst whataburger’s I’ve ever been to. Being the whataburger lovers that we are and this being the closest one to us, we frequently visit this location. Unfortunately, it seems it is always a bad experience each time. For example: last weekend we went to get our whataburger breakfast fix and decided to eat inside. After being greeted by the girl at the register who was rude and unpleasant, our order was completely skipped. We sat for 25 minutes and watched our order get delivered to someone who came in way after us. I had to go ask the girl at the front where our food was and she let me know we were skipped. So had I not told them we didn’t get our food we would’ve just sat there with no food. Fast forward to today to get our weekend whataburger breakfast fix and this time opted for the drive thru only to get home and find the taquito’s content completely out of the tortilla like it was never wrapped inside. This also doesn’t account for the numerous times the drive thru has given me the wrong order. Unfortunately, today was our last visit to this whataburger location.

Weird, the staff here runs around asking if all is good and checking on you. They greet you when you walk in. Not what I expect at a fast food place. It’s nice to see people working hard at customer satisfaction and actually care about their job

We are eating at Whataburger tonight, we love this place and will continue to come back regardless of the fact that they messed up our order last Thursday by not putting meat on my wife’s double cheese burger minus the bun, but James the manager was very nice to us when I called and explained the mishap, he promised to make it right on our next visit and he did exactly that. James is by far the most professional manager I’ve ever dealt with at any Whataburger restaurant I have been to.

One of the worse whataburgers we have been to and we live close. They have messed up our orders soooo many times. Cold food etc.

Love it. Everything is good. They let you customize your burger however you want. I like to add an egg to my bacon whataburger. I also like the breakfast on a bun with sausage AND bacon

Located in the parking lot of Bass Pro Shop, this location is good. I’ve only eaten breakfast at this location, and every time I feel good about going there. Their sausage, egg, and cheese jalapeño biscuit is excellent.

Service. Service, service!!! Excellent service! Soooo nice, helpful and friendly! Food was great, of course, but the people working at this location sets them apart of the others.

Didn’t welcome guests as I came in. Ariel didn’t even said anything polite I was really not expected that. She had an attitude & wasn’t even going to deal with it, overall others are great served me quick & served my friends great too. I loved it, but not comming back.

This Whataburger is much cleaner than the one near DFW airport, and there isn’t any gas station attached to it, which is a good thing. The food here is always hot and fresh, and the staff hustles. Grilled onions are a must on any Whataburger I order, and they do them right– caramelized but not burned. The chicken strips are the best in fast food, but skip the sauces and go straight for the gravy when you need a comfort food fix. And I love the spicy ketchup!

I stopped in while my clothes finished washing at the laundromat around the corner. The burger was great and the fries were good.

I couldn’t believe I hadn’t reviewed Whataburger, what was wrong with me? Back as a kid, before the telephone and running water(whatever), there was Whataburger. In this part of Texas, Whataburger was the place to get a fresh cooked burger. Sure, McDoodles, Jack, and others were around then, but Whataburger made the no nonsense burger and fries back then, and today they still taste pretty much the same. Fries are frozen, who cares, because unless some idiot lets them cook to long they’re always great. Burgers always taste fresh cooked, and unlike some places, they do actually make it like you ask for it. They were good back then, they’re good now. I usually stick to cheeseburgers and fries, but when late or early I’ll get taquitos, which are the best ones around. Taquitos are pricey, but I don’t get them often so I suck it up an fork over the money for them when I do. And, if the food isn’t good enough, Whataburger has the BESTFASTFOODBRANDKETCHUP on the planet, and everyone I know who eats at Whataburger agrees. No repackaged Hines or whatever here, it’s unique, and did I mention it’s the best? If they sold it at the grocery store it’s all I would buy. The spicy black top ketchup they had for a few months last year was equally great baby, but sadly, it’s no longer available(whimper). The picante sauce for the Taquitos is every bit as good. I don’t know how this miracle took place. But hey, it’s a Texas institution, so maybe that answers the question. Anytime of day is a good time to go.(Insert Whataburger jingle here) Where’s my free coupons for this review? I don’t care, I wouldn’t use them for pure moral reasons.

Solid franchise. I’ve been to this location a number of times. I really appreciate that the employee at this register takes the extra step of trying to remember what everyone ordered, even during the lunch hour. This really raises the level of service at this particular location from a standard fast food joint to that of many places that are opening up at higher price points. This especially helps with the high number of customers ordering their food to go during the lunch hour versus those who wish to dine in. Good experiences here.

This is comparable to California’s In & Out I believe, their Fries is as fresh and the Burger is also great! I don’t know it somehow taste like a tuna sandwich but in a good kind of way. I sometimes crave for their fries and went to In & out but yeah ’twas good but its still different. If only I could fly just to eat their fries I will! :p

Open 24hrs… FTW! I stayed in Grapevine, TX for about a week and went to this place twice… late night grubbin’ of course. After a night of lounging and getting a few drinks at the hotel bar, this hit the spot. The burgers are pretty good with meaty flavor, a bit on the heavier side(compared to In-n-Out) and definitely bigger in size. Fries are good, nothing especially unique. I like the additional toppings also for the burgers. My only set back for this location was that the service was extremely slow when a few of us went after midnight. I’m sure the staff is livelier during the day. And it didn’t help that a small group of drunk nightclubbers were takin’ their sweet ash time ordering! …stay calm. This place is a solid 3.5 stars(half star down for slow service). I think the anticipation of getting a Whataburger burger was greater than my realized experience with it. I definitely would go again if I were to visit TX again. My friends definitely said… «whataburger» after finishing theirs. haha!

I have been away from Texas now for almost 3 years… I had to write in my review for my favorite fast food burger place(since they do not have these in Wisconsin). Excellent food, excellent service and always nice and clean(at least all the ones I have been to in DFW/Ft Worth and Houston. For breakfast I highly recommend just the egg, sausage and cheese tacquito(cures all hangovers) and for lunch or dinner the Whataburger with cheese. They have a million different ways of «fixin» these things up so be prepared to take your time and get your choice right. I look forward to my next trip to Texas for their delicious«on the go» food choices… always quality.
