Stopped for breakfast this morning, despite being the eighth car back in the two lane drive thru I was on my way in under 5 mins and my order was hot and correct. The staff was efficient and friendly.

I have no complaints about the food at this McDonalds, but I can tell you that their cleaning practices need some improvement. On two recent visits I noticed the obvious stench of rotting milk. It pervaded the entire restaurant. I suspect that there was a spill that was mopped and spread across a large area without proper sanitation of mop.
I truly wondered how employees could stand to work with that smell for hours, not to mention how someone could stand to eat in their dining room.

I don’t know what it is about this McDonald’s… But they can NEVER get an order right. And don’t expect ketchup, even if you ask (and pay for it!) I’m irritated just thinking about if.
So yeah, just be aware of that, other than that, it’s mcdonalds.

Messed up on my order twice in a row. Other reviewer was right… It is not as good as it was under former owners. I ordered a BLT and there was only one tiny piece of lettuce the size of a silver dollar on it, after they finally got it right. It’s too bad about this place.

Reno, NV
My last 3 trips to this location have been disappointing, and unfortunately I don’t discover the error until I get to my destination, which is usually work. I’m not able to return back to have them correct the error.
They once omitted a sandwich I ordered. On two occassions they gave me the wrong burgers. And regularly never inquire about the size of the combo I want and give me a large.
I hope they read this and try to improve their service.
