This is a delightful little shop with really friendly service. One side of the shop has olive oils, and the other side has vinegars. You can taste everything. The pasta is delicious too. It’s a great place to pick up a little gift or souvenir to remember your trip to Nevada County. Go in while wine tasting on Mill Street.

A unique store with friendly staff that offers an absolutely delicious product. The olive oil is delicious and once you taste it the quality is obvious and you won’t want to go back to regular store brands. Typically balsamic vinegar is too over powering for me, however the fruity blends were a pleasant surprise. This store is well worth the visit!

When I first walked into this store, I didn’t know what to expect. The store was open, warm and spacious. Laura greeted us with a friendly smile and she has great knowledge about the products. She wasn’t pushy or salesy. She just genuinely loved and believed in the product, which is completely fair. We tried all types of olive oils and balsamic vinegars.
I will tell you this — you must try (and potentially buy) the chocolate balsamic. I kinda looked at it with skepticism and kinda with a «that’s kinda gross» attitude, but when I tried it, I ate my words. I ended up buying a bottle of it. You also get to save when you buy two or more bottles and they also have a little punch card where if you spend $ 100, you get a small bottle free. I think that’s a great deal, considering the quality! Also, if you bring back your old bottles to refill, they deduct a dollar from your total. I love recycling programs!
If you stop by this town, you gotta hop into the store!

This place is a goldmine for gift ideas. Any kind of foodie of fan of cooking is instantly a fan. Awesome selection, and the people there really know their stuff. I’m aiming to build a small collection for when I have gatherings. I want to stop there every time I drive by, just to taste something different. White balsamics too.. .. :)

Such a wonderful, wonderful store! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable with amazing customer service! If you’re visiting the area, then you should surely plan to spend at least an hour here sampling the delicious different oils and vinegars, it’s a great change to wine tasting. I never thought olive oil tasting would be so much fun. If you’re a local, then this should surely be a regular stop for stocking up on gourmet oils for your kitchen.

This place is awesome! When you’ve tired of wine tasting and are looking for something new, this is it. I take all my visiting friends here and every time we walk away with a purchase and good memory. Now I pick up bottles for friends once they run out. The flavors are rich and delicious and the prices are reasonable, especially because you get to taste first. Their products make cooking much more easy. My salads are delicious!

Yum! I truly love this shop. They’re a great addition to the town of Grass Valley. I never imagined tasting olive oil and vinegar could be so delicious. I bought the blood orange olive oil paired with the pear white balsamic vinegar… simply delicious for all of the fresh veggies that I purchased at the Thursday night market. The prices are very reasonable and to be able to taste before you buy means you won’t be spending your money on oils and vinegars that you don’t like. I say go and give it a try… you will not be disappointed!

I have been to this store quite a few times and amazed every time at how delicious balsamic vinegar can be. There are so many different flavors that I could never even have dreamt up, but they are all amazing! The olive oil is really delicious also and the possibilities for new recipes are endless!
I attended a tasting event at the store that was very informative as well as fun and a very good value. We got to taste different oils and learn about their health properties and also different vinegars and pairings. It was a very fun evening that I would suggest to anyone.
Lastly, I purchased a new olive oil soap that they are carrying and I just love it. It is very moisturizing and the one I got is unscented which I love, but they also have scented ones.
Just wanted to let people know what a great store this is!
