I was happy with the excellent customer service on the phone and also at the location. Derrick was very helpful in every detail. I needed some last minute packing supplies which gratefully were available on site. Their mattress protective «sleeve» sold there definitely saved my mattress from wear and tear in my move.
An extra thank you to the owner, David Bowman for his help.

Really unbelievable customer service here. I wish I had more Uhaul needs so I could give them business all the time. It happened to be pouring down rain when I was there and they spent over an hour outside getting my car sorted out on a dolly and they did it with a smile. Seemed like they were genuinely happy to be able to help.
I would highly recommend going through these guys if you have the chance.

Garrett was super helpful finding me a u-​haul. He didn’t have the one I needed but he called around and found me exactly what I was looking for and had a friendly and warm demeanor. I definitely recommend this business!

This place went above and beyond in its professionalism and customer service. We had made a reservation for a Budget truck and when we showed up we were told it simply wasn’t available. It was Saturday morning and we knew it would be hard to find a truck at the last minute. Fortunately, we called Tacky But Nice Uhaul and they had exactly what we needed. We spoke with the employee who is not the owner, I believe his name was Garrett, and he gave us all the info we needed. He was friendly, engaging, fast, and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this place for all your moving needs! If we hadn’t just moved to Tahoe I would definitely be back :)

We moved here on Memorial weekend and had a bad experience with U Haul in general not following through with confirmation and promises made. It was a bad start with Long Beach U Haul. Plus the 800 number U haul employees lied over and over again.
having to return the trucks and trailer to this place was a sigh of relief. David was nice and professional. I highly recommend this place for business. I wish U haul had this man cloned for all their locations.

The name sure does fit this place! Lots of products for horses and Uhaul truck rental for everybody! David was the man that helped me with my truck rental. I reserved my truck a week in advance and he called and confirmed with me in a timely matter. He assisted with everything I needed. He went above and beyond to help me and answer any questions I had. Small little store with allot of great customer service. I would go back to this place for any truck rental needed no matter how far away I lived! Thank you again David and your friendly staff!
