Great service… Mathew arrived on time as scheduled and fixed my grandfather clock within a half an hour. He was knowledgeable and fixed another problem with the clock as well. Let me say this he had to take my entire clock apart to fix what I had done by lifting the weight off the chain having its hook get stuck up in the top where it could not be reached and he still had it taken apart and fixed and it is now running better than before I messed it up thank you Mathew~ See you soon for my coo coo clock!

The service here is always fast and super-​friendly, with an extremely knowledgeable «clock guy» who takes the time to explain what was wrong with the clock in the first place and what he did to repair it. (The antique store is great, too!) Just a top-​notch operation.

Nevada City, CA
don’t know this guy’s name, but he knows his work. I’ve had clocks serviced and cleaned here several times – he doesn’t cut corners, and you get quality work. Haven’t bought anything here, but the repair and service work are primo.
