Pancakes and omelette were great:) This place was a great discovery after all our disappointing breakfast experiences up here! Great food served quick we will be back here for sure, worth the drive.

Thank you Unilocal.We visited the Dinner today based on your reviews and was not disappointed. There were four of us. Two had the daily special which was Hot Roasted Pork sandwiches with mashed potatoes and tons of gravy. The meat was at least 2″ high. The Ladies had the house special hamburgers with cheese and homemade chips both said they would order them again. Our waitress Aimee had a very friendly smile andtook real good care of us. We got there at 11:30. The place was packed. Walking through I noticed that lots of folks were enjoying huge breakfasts. May try one next time.

Breakfast is great, prices are good and the service is good. Dinner is average. Service can be slow when it’s busy. We live near by and eat here occasionally. More of a home town diner feel to the place. Nothing fancy about it. But all in all a solid choice if you are in the Grayling area.

This place is PHENOMENAL!!! Big find in a small town! I recommend the «He-Man» Breakfast: 2 pancakes, 2 sausage links, 2 bacon slices, choice of potato, and 2 pancakes for less than $ 10. Food is very good, and you can tell it has w homemade touch (especially the pancakes). It seems like only one or two servers are working at any given time, but the food still is out pretty fast. People are extremely friendly and appreciative for your business. Highly recommend!

Small simple menu, but it meant that there was attention to the little things!
Homemade biscuits and a homemade gravy. It was amazing. And Large! That’s your warning.
My kiddos devoured a short stack and sausage.
I was even envious of the corned beef hash at a table nearby.
There is one thing of note. If you don’t support the military, stay out of town and stay out of this restaurant. This is a great place for them to train and serve our country. And they love eating here.

Great place to eat, friendly staff and the food is excellent. Got a meat lovers omelette with American fries and white toast, the toast is homemade and some of the best I’ve had. American fries had a very good taste and the omelette was perfect. Highly recommend this place for great food and a fast friendly staff

When you first pull up to this restaurant, it looks like a Baptist church in Tennessee where the rattle snakes are in a back room in wicker baskets…
I was hoping breakfast would be very good, but it is a little off the mark. I tried the Southern Omelet with gravy, home fries and raisin bread toast. The gravy was good and homemade, but the whole meal had no seasoning… the home fries, no seasoning at all and as bland as bland gets. The locals must have fragile digestive systems here in G Town… lol
The patrons were a mixed bunch… you definitely had your belly up to the table forearm resting flannel shirt wearing lip smacking men holding their forks like a shovel. The waitresses are a hard core trailer park logging truck type with deep voices…
Not bad… not great.

Best breakfast in northern MI. Busy on the weekends but worth a bit of a wait. Great bread and big portions. Prices are great.
We visit often but only for breakfast. If their lunch & supper is anything like their breakfast you are in for a real treat.

The food is amazing and the people r very sociable, I love being up here, I have a couple acres and everytime I come up here I have breakfast here with my grandfather and the locals here all know us and it is just nice to b somewhere where everyone knows u. I will come up here until I am my grandfather’s age as well. It is just a nice place to b.

Great breakfast place. Get the west side u definitely will not leave hungry. This place is what living in a small town is all about. Morning coffee with friends and a great way to start your day. Homemade bread, eggs cooked to order, American fries, bacon or sausage. Awesome

Lake in the Hills, IL

Visited this place this past weekend with family. We have varying ages and rates but everyone agreed that the for was great.
The outside of the place and décor do not accurately represent the great service and very good food! We had the Friday fish s special which was excellent. I had the tuna melt and was very pleased.
We would certainly go here again if given the opportunity.
