Look elsewhere. My lawn mower has been in twice for repairs. Both times I was promised a call with an estimate before work was to begin. Didn’t happen. Both times I have had to call a couple of weeks after dropping it off to chase it down. They can’t seem to find me in the computer. They promise to call me back «after they check with the tech,» never happens. I will say the work done has been done very well but these guys have a lot to learn about communication and customer service.

Beware of this place. He is not a friendly guy and refuses to work on anything you bought from Lowes and yet he is the one who builds the tractors for Lowes. His sticker is on all the equipment. I have been hung up on 3 times now without him saying a word, he just hangs up on you, Very bad business so beware.
