I purchased labels and they came very quickly as I requested since my daughter leaves for school in a few days. The website is simple, but complete. When I called with a question, the person on the phone was very nice and helpful. The printing is clear and they iron on easily. I would definitely recommend ConnText Labels.

From the get go, I felt this company cared about their customer’s satisfaction. They aren’t so huge that the front office doesn’t know what’s going on on the production line. But they aren’t too small that they can’t keep competitively priced.
Communication through email is prompt, courteous, and professional. Howard was my contact person and he really kept me in the loop with my order. There was a shipping problem (not the company’s fault, but USPS’s) and they didn’t hesitate to make it right and now I’m a happy (and will be a repeat) customer!

My quest to find iron-​on labels where I could select my own font brought me across the country to a company on humbly named Butternut Lane.
There are other label companies that are cheaper. I just don’t like the one font that they use.
There are other label companies that have a choice of fonts, and cute little designs even. Their prices are much higher.
I like the fact that this is a US-​made product. ConnText managed to make the labels and ship them out pretty fast. I got them sooner than I expected.
The down side is the poor production values on the website. I doubted the company’s legitimacy for a little while, until I found a list of camps that recommend them. On their website, but still I don’t think a fraudulent business would go to that extreme.
Also, I wish they’d get a cooler name, but it’s more important that I’m happy with my labels.
